One star because I had to. Made an online purchase. Went to pick it up and noticed that there was only one of the 2 Pepsi bottles with my order at the pick up station. I let the girls know and they looked at the receipt and grabbed another for me. I left and drove home. Unpacked the order. Missing 2 cookies that were ordered. 1 footlong garlic steak sub and 1 6 inch garlic steak sub containing nothing but bread, mayo, green peppers on both. THAT WAS ALL. 1 6 inch spicy Italian with nothing on it but Italian mayonnaise, bread, and lettuce. THAT WAS ALL. No meat, no cheese, nothing else. How in earth do you mess up on an order that bad. Try to call, you get a message saying that the person that you are trying to reach doesn’t have a mailbox set up. They leave the phone off the hook or just don’t answer. FINALLY get through and they tell me that should have never happened and to call the manager on Monday. Call the manager and she said. Well I can talk to the employees, but because you didn’t take pictures there’s nothing I can do about it. Check your orders before you leave or if you are ordering door dash and uber folks. Good luck getting any refund for their mistakes!

Arrived at 8:55PM to a restaurant with the lights on. Two people are inside the restaurant along with the person behind the counter. As I pulled up the person behind the counter turned the lights off and had one of the males inside the restaurant go and lock the door to the restaurant. I approached the door and knocked on it and pointed out the fact that the closing time was 9:30. The girl behind the counter came to the door, unlocked it, and told me that she had to close early due to being by herself. When asked who the two individuals were inside the restaurant with her she stated that those two individuals were coworkers.

On the website and on the paper on the window it said they closed at 8:00 we got there at 7:20, the doors were locked while two ladies inside making their own sandwiches laughed while we tried the doors.

Used to be a place that I wouldn’t mind stopping into on the occasion , however I don’t think I will be returning to this location in the future . My last visit I walked in after placing an online order ahead of time for pickup and stood in front of the counter for 15 mins before anyone from the back bothered to come up front , had to call the store phone twice for someone to walk upfront . Then today I also placed another online order earlier in the day for pickup in the afternoon to only show up and see on the app that it showed as “cancelled “ after it displayed that I was successfully charged for the order . Walked into the store , was just dismissively told that “oh it must’ve been an app issue” , and that it wasn’t their problem and I would just have to wait for the refund online . I’d much rather drive out further for better service overall

You go in there and there is nobody there and it still takes 20 minutes to get a sandwich.
They say be right with you at least 10 times before they actually are ready to help you.
Online orders come before the customer standing right in front of them.
Maybe more than one employee working at a time might make it better.
I don’t know because I do not own a slow way so maybe that is the business model for them!!!!!

This is the worst Subway ever. We stopped last week and I ordered a cold cut combo and was told that they didn’t have meat. I was appalled and just left. Tonight I went and ordered a cold cut combo again and I was told that they didn’t have American cheese. What kind of sub shop doesn’t have meat and cheese?!?!? I should have left again but it was after 7pm and I was starving. I saw the sign that said their toaster was broken, and I asked if they can still make a hot sub and just not toast the bread and she said yes so I ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki and when she asked what vegetables I wanted I asked if she was going to heat it and she said that she couldn’t because the toaster was broken.
Every time I stop here it and seems like one girl is doing all of the work and the other girl is trying to look busy in the back.
I’m never going to this subway again.

The WORST subway. They say they are open till 9:30. I ordered through the app to pick up at 9. 10mins before I’m supposed to go pick up my order, I get a notification that they canceled it. Why? Why was it cancelled? They had plenty of time to make it. They don’t call you to let you know why or that they had to cancel it. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I got a steak n cheese sub. Asked for pepper jack cheese. Well when it was time for the toppings I noticed the cheese was orange not white. I asked and she said they changed it but it’s pepper jack cheese. Ok. I didn’t argue. Got home and it tasted like the pepper jack spices on American cheese.
