The place is filthy. The women’s bathroom is broken. The men’s bathroom has no toilet paper and overflowing garbage. The tables are crusty with dirt. The coke in the fountain machine is out of order. The lids are not well stocked. I ran my card through and added a tip. The cashier said they don’t get those tips. Do not come here.

Staff is rude. I’ve been there a few times and recently used the coupon. The staff badgered my son when he went in to pick up the order yelling at him telling him that they don’t accept coupons. If he would have told me this when it happened instead of the day after I would have went back in and said something to the staff. Whoever owns this place needs to step up. The place is dirty, the staff are rude, things are broken within the facility like the hand sanitizer, credit card processor. It looks like the food sits out for quite a while when you look at the vegetables. I wouldn’t go there again or trust it.

Stopped in at 8:45 PM after looking at store hours on line which stated 10pm. Employees were behind counter and open sign was on. Opened the door to be told they are closed. Called immediately to complain about hours on line and we drove 20 minutes to get there. They said they had a long drive home and needed to leave. They do not take coupons as well. No wonder subways are not able to compete with other sub shops on the area. They are poorly run. Corporate office should be visiting and holding franchisees to a high standard.

The food was okay, but I probably won’t be coming back to this location. I saw a lot of odd things going on here.

They dont accept coupons, which was half the reason I came here in the first place. While I was ordering, I could tell lots of the vegetable toppings had been sitting out (probably since lunch) and were starting to brown or wilt. Other topping containers were totally empty. By the register, there was a broken hand sanitizer wall mount. When I went to pay, I saw the card reader was lulling back away from me. I realized that the mount must have snapped, so I had to hold it into place just to pay. The employee asked me if I’d like a drink or chips. When I looked at the drink machine, I could see there was a leak that constantly poured water into the basin. I felt bad for the one employee working. (Seemingly with no manager on site) She was nice, but obviously, the owner doesn’t care about this location.

I came to the store around 5 pm. Some of these issues can be expected around closing, but that was not the case for this visit.

I ordered buy one get one free subs online. I used a discount code which was accepted and I paid online. I went to pick up the subs only to be told by staff my order was cancelled. They have a sign on the door stating they do not accept coupons but I never had an issue using a discount code online until yesterday. Apparently they will accept the order online with the code only to turn around and cancel it. I won’t go back.

I am deeply unsatisfied with the service provided by the Bridgeville Subway. I go to planet fitness frequently, which is right next door, and am always craving a good sandwich afterwards. But every time I go to get a sandwich, the staff says they’re closed or the door is locked. It’s supposed to close at 10pm and the website says that closing time was confirmed by the owner very recently. The staff is rude, unreliable, and the overall environment is unpleasant and upsetting. Waiting for them to go out of business at this point.

Says it’s open until 10pm but is consistently closed before 9pm, despite hours on the door and having their “open” sign lit up. Walked in at 8:30 the other day (door was unlocked) and was rudely told by staff they were “closed”. Ok fine, then I guess you don’t want my business. The owner should review their staffing and at least be honest about their hours.

Those complaining about hours should feel lucky. They dodged a bullet. New Series sandwich “the monster” was made without Bacon and had so many onions it was inedible. The BMT also had so many onions you could smell it through the bag. Customer service doesn’t exist. The prices are also insane for the product and quality. Subway needs to stop refreshing and just start repurposing themselves as empty store fronts.

Tried calling the store for ten minutes just a short time ago. No one a answered. When I entered the store, I asked the Sandwich Artist why she didn’t answer the phone. She said.because she was opening by herself. I then asked what would have happened if an Online Order would have came in. She said she would have made it. I asked her why she would choose to take one type of call and not.the other. She started to go on and not even come to answering my question. I told her this is poor Customer and I would take my business elsewhere.

Stopped there at 8:35 pm. They’re supposed to be open until 9:00 pm. Sigh was lit up saying open. Girls behind counter said we’re closed. I said I thought you were open until 9 pm. They just ignored me and went on about their business. If you’re closed shouldn’t you lock the door and turn off the sign? Never going back to that location.
