Walked in (6:50pm) not sure of the closing time..(7pm)… I was prepared to turn around and leave but the young lady, Cameron.. invited me to order… In her head I’m sure it was ugh!…( I managed Retail for more than 16 years). But she did not make me feel that way…she smiled and joked as she took my order… The Subs were awesome!.. even if they had not been, this young lady already made me feel like a truly valued customer.. and that will win my business everytime…Well done Cameron…I highly recommend this location!

If there was an option for 0 stars that is what I would leave. The customer service at this location is clueless how to handle any sort of customers apparently. I can’t believe how they talk to paying customers. Threatening to show footage of a paying customer asking for exactly what they want , telling us to go to wegmans to go purchase our subs from now on, admitting to false advisement on the menu and on top of it forgetting multiple things on our entire order. I have worked in customer service a long time and to hear this is NOT okay to talk and act to a paying customer with such disrespect! It is absolutely uncalled for and ridiculous. Absolutely no class! Will NEVER support this location again.

Stopped in today around 5:30.. I’ve been here 100 times and the service is always ok. Today the girl was perfectionists my sub literally looked like the commercial and was the best I’ve had yet. Hope she sticks around.
