This store has great sandwiches. I’ve never had problem with the owners or workers, but have witness the staff from Dunkin Donuts down the block be rude, disrespectful and racists to the black owners and called them racist names. The manager name Sonia is so disrespectful and come down to the Subway to agitate them constantly.

I went to the Subway on Uniondale Ave in Uniondale, initially. I presented my phone for the T-Mobile Tuesday promotion. The manager on duty refused to honor it. She said that the owner has chosen to not participate in this promotion because they are a franchise store…not a corporate store.

Until now I realized that I had been charged full price for my foot long ( been fooled twice) shame on me for not realizing! There’s a promotion going on for $5 when you order two. I am not going back to that store unless I get my money back one way or another (dispute charges)

The young guy who serve my son he was very rude he didn’t have the patience to explain to him anything and I forgot my phone there and I get back in like 30 minutes the store was close I understand but the next calling nobody answered and somebody took the phone home and when I am calling and calling to many times they just turn off the phone this was a very bad experience for me and I don’t think I want to go back there Or recommend it to anybody with children
