A more exemplary execution of Neo-Gothic architecture you will not find in New York City. 111 Broadway is a magnificent building that continues to hail as a hot address for downtown businesses. Although it’s past was filled with mostly financial companies, today the occupants range from lawyers to medical facilities. This building is also in the history books as the birthplace of the American Institute of Architects.

It was very messy and cluttered. Staff not helpful. Very abrupt when serving you. It wasn’t busy when we were in there but when we asked a question it was greeted with rolling eyes and a huff. Girl on the till made you feel as if you were an inconvenience. Food was ok. Other subways we have been to have always greeted with a smile and been really friendly with great service. May have just been an off day for this one.

Rude employees, took long for service, and place was nasty. Even something as simple as grabbing a drink out of the cooler ended with drinks tumbling on the floor due to the employees filling them improperly. Go to one of the many halal stands near by. There’s a reason why this store is away downstairs near the subway

At 6:30 pm I wanted to order a cup of coffee but the crew told me with rude attitude that they are not willing to make coffee because they gonna close soon. I checked online that their closing time is 8 pm. How come they refused me .. like this .. this is so embracing.

Quaint entrance is a good start. Enough tables. Food is pretty good and the Chicken Caesar wrap I had was full of meat and tasty. There is a restroom, too. One of the better Subways…
