I had subway coupons, I ordered my food they saw I had the coupons in my hand while I ordered exactly what was on the coupons and then waited until my order was finished to tell me they don’t accept coupons. Ended up paying $30 instead of $12

Manager charged me $10+ for a 6inch and yelled at me for pointing out that the staff shouldn’t disrespect the customers. Never again will I go there other restaurants provide cheaper prices n better customer service. Nick’s behavior was totally unacceptable yelling at me in public because he doesn’t have enough staff to serve both sides on a Sunday family day is he slow?

Worst customer service experience ever not only did the manager yell at me but he also told me Togo someplace else because he had all his staff serve auntie Ann’s customers first while the subway line waited for so long. When addressed why do u have all your staff servicing one side he yelled at me saying “can’t you see we’re all working” but nobody was attending the subway business. There was no need for that or for him to be yelling n insulting customers. Definitely did not enjoy my meal because of this manager named Nick.

I went to this subway too many times . Last time i asked to worker can i get just hot water and she said yes we have i can give it to you. And then woman on the back she came and said no you can’t give to the girl, and she was like why and then woman didn’t let her to give me water. After this i never go to subway when that lady is on the shift. That was not nice experience.

Very poor service, staff not courteous specially the manager. whenever we ordered veggie pizza at this subway we were told limit is only three veggie toppings. Well the menu said add free veggies to your pizza. I am not sure if it is Subway policy or the franchisee owners are making their own policies. I would like to report it to Subway if there is any way to do so.

What an unhygienic place.i am a vegetarian and When told to change the gloves a Mexican girl on the counter started blabbering and was damn slow. She started adding the toppings that I didn’t want and When asked she is telling me that I m having lot of customer.what the heck was this reply I was totally pissed off on her. Is it My problem that the staff is slow like a turtle. The way she had topped up my sandwitch i felt like trashing it.i told her that you have added what i didn’t ask then she started removing with her hands. I was totally mad on her as she could have made a new one.my question is to subway owner is that why do you guys need such employees who doesn’t have basic manners and hygiene. Will never ever come in this subway branch .pathetic, dirty, filthy ,mannerless are the words i would use to describe this branch.

Wow… I visited at 8:PM Friday July 12th. I have waited and thought about this experience for 8 hours, and can wait no longer (usually I’d like to cool down and digest the situation before I review – I cannot). After waiting in line a not unreasonable time it was my turn. Doc recently put me on a low sodium diet, so I’m confined to “a 12” veggie delight on white not toasted thank you”. The bread was cut and a conversation ensued between another 20’s ish employee who came out of the back – “I don’t get paid enough for this” “why’s she?” Etc. After a SOLID 5 minutes I said can we make a dam sandwich here. The big guy behind me says “yah”. I get two sets of eyeballs and locked hips. This only works when delivered by an older woman who I KNOW has paid her dues. I’m ask twice more if I want it toasted “no thanx” – I say trying to calm myself. Add spinach, lettuce, but wait we’re missing three plastic bins where things should be – cucumbers, peppers and I donno. The last person through got all but two slices of tomatoes. “We’re out”. No sorry. No nothing… So can I speak with the manager. Sorry she’s busy. So now the not very friendly me says “How can we be out? We’re in a G— D— Walmart. Grab a twenty out of the till and buy some cucumbers. Put the receipt in the till”. I purchased my Veggie Delight with two slices of tomato, lettuce, spinach, black olives and a some mayo. My $7 sandwich turned into $10.65 after a small pop and tax. I guess “soda” in New Jersey is at a $3 premium.
