Worker was rude from the moment he started the order. Asked to not add tomatoes to one sandwich and he told me that’s not possible because the sandwich is built a certain way. Which I get it’s a sandwich with instructions but you’re building the sandwich right in front of my face..you can literally just skip the tomatoes. Definitely won’t return to this location.

Bathroom is “out of order” (read don’t want to clean it for customers) and there is still no seating when every restaurant in the country has been open for dine in for a year (read don’t want to clean tables). There are tables and chairs piled up against the counter so that you can fall over them trying to see the food and to make sure customers don’t feel welcome. Selling expired chips. Open boxes all over the floor.

I dont get to eat at Subway often, but when I do I expect fresh ingredients, fast, friendly service, and a clean environment. I get all of these things when I come here. Even made a friend there. The location is rather quiet, off of a busy street but hidden somewhat nonetheless.

Food was good, the customer service experience was horrible. I went in around 5:30 on Nov 7! After walking in and having to speak to the lady behind the counter saying hey how are you, I didn’t get a response, next she proceeded to mix up the sandwiches, when I apologize for any confusion she throws the meat back into the container. Then while getting into my car I had Another CUSTOMER come run out to my car to tell me the lady hadn’t bagged all of my sandwiches. I will definitely return to this location ever again

The store was clean but the service was terrible. I had a sub made and the gentleman making my sub burnt the bread. The supervisor in there this woman told the worker that he can’t make a new one that he should have gave the sub to me the way it was. I was in shock. Not happy with the service. I thought the customer should be taken care of if there is a problem. Not a good place to go
