I don’t usually leave reviews but I had a bad experience today. I took a bite of my sandwich and all I tasted was bread. They forgot 2 toppings and and the ones they did remember there was such a thin layer of. Not worth the money for nothing in my sandwich.

I just ordered a six inch sweet onion chicken teriyaki and a six inch tuna sub. It looked like a four inch and the chicken was ice cold despite going in the oven. I think your oven is broken.

This place is horrible!! Second time the worker has locked the door early this week. They close at 10. If I get there 9:35, why is the door locked? And, why is the open sign still illuminated? Worse, the guy saw me and shook his head “no.” Recently, everyone’s issue seems to be with the guy on the night shift. He’s rude, disrespectful, and lazy for closing early because he doesn’t want to work. He needs to be fired!

Sign says you close at 10. The restaurant is clearly open becausethe open sogn is on and door is open. I walk in the restaurant to be greeted with a “where closed” very politely I ask “don’t you close at 10?” Yes we start cleaning up early. I walked right out and will not be returning. Guest service should be priority especially at this day in age.

Subway on BlackRock was less than ok. Ordered a meatball sub and blt sub. Server was really nice, but it will be a VERY long time before we order subway again. Not good for the money spent. Next time we want a GOOD sub, that’s worth the money, we’ll be going to Jersey Mike’s.

Most Subway franchises are taught to be stingy with the turkey so that now they made it as thin as paper and you can only have six pieces of shredded non substantial meet. Unless you meet a kind and righteous employee who will actually construct good sandwiches against company policy. That is was this branch is about. KUDOS FOR GREAT WORKERS.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered from grub hub and when my order arrived I was missing my drink and chips. When I called the restaurant I was polite to the manager or whoever I was talking to and he lied and said he would look into the order and call me back. He never called back. While I was waiting I checked my sandwich and it was wrong as well. I called again to ask for a refund and they assured me they would refund my money. 24 hours passes and grub hub says no one ever called or started the refund process. They call the owner themselves and he says the order was right and that I’m lying and they refused to give me a refund. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any restaurant. I’ll never order from here again and I’ll make sure none of my friends, family, or co-workers eat from here either.

Rude, Makes it like he is doing you a favor by feeding you dinner. No thank you. No courtesy. No respect. Walked away after I left a 15% tip. He left my bag on the counter like it was trash. I will go to a different location from now on thank you.
