Review:
I visited this Subway location at 10:53 AM, only to be told by a staff member that they don’t open until 11:00 AM. This is contrary to the advertised hours, which state they open at 9:00 AM. The employee was very rude and displayed a complete lack of customer service. This experience reflects poor management and inadequate training. I won’t be returning to this location.

I went there at exactly 7:30 pm and the girl closes the store because she wants to go home early. Well then hire a second person to close at the time that they closed. Everytime i go there they close too early and a lousy customer service. They should close that store permanently if this franchise owner doesn’t care about this subway shop.

Service is consistently slow, I repeat myself multiple times, and they have run out of bread when it’s lunchtime. I only go when I have a few minutes to get food so it’s the only option. I also second what someone else said as far as sanitation goes- it’s not very clean. Other subways are much better.

False Advertisement. A kids meal should at the minimum come in a kids bag with a toy, there were no bags and no apple slices. I was told cookies are my only option.
When I called the manager Dave to advise him of my findings he attempted to blame the “new employee’s” lack of knowledge however, there were two employees and both indicated they didn’t have apple slices or bags with toys. I blame the manager for lack of training if that is the case. It’s not ok to get charged an amount and receive less. Overall, I think the manager needs to get his store in order and restock and take accountability not, blame new employees in his absence.

7:15 pm I walk in for a sandwich. Just to be told “closed”. Not a good way to to be when sign says 8pm. Clearly they aren’t in any need of having customers. Will not go back. Surprised management allows this.

grinders are much smaller than any other subway i go to. the employee was very stingy just like any other subway. i am sure its big part of subway’s rules and regulations for their employees to be very stingy with the condiments and meat. i got and paid $10 almost for a double meat chicken teriyaki grinder and the shi* weigh half a pound and was so small. wouldn’t recommend this location at all.
