Desiree was awesome! The customer service was amazing. She made my pizza perfect and paid attention to detail. Another plus was the store was really clean, which is a big deal for me when I walk into an establishment that prepares food. I also noticed she washed her hands upon making my pizza! Thank you! I don’t understand why the ratings are so bad, but people need to be patient for she is mainly the only one working there besides a delivery driver on the dinner shift from what I could see.

Worst pizza I ever had at Dominos. Ordered a thin crest and a NY cheese pizza with extra cheese. Thin crest is burnt and there is no extra cheese on other one. Had a similar experience in the past with this location, but I thought I will give it another try and disappointed more.

Ordered 2 pizza’s at 4:35. Paid, tipped and waited. Said it would be delivered between 5:35-5:45. Then 5:40-5:50, then 5:50-5:58. Finally called and guy said I got an order for 1 pizza. I said I’m looking at my order and it says X2! He says oh I found it. We haven’t started making it yet. I said seriously. He’s says yeah. I said cancel it and send refund confirmation. He says I dunno how. I’m not sure how they have a 3.7 rating.

Worst customer service experience! Go to the Celina location!
App told me the store was having technical difficulties and to call the store to place the order.
I called the store to place the order and was told by three different people (two were supposedly managers) that the coupon was online only and they couldn’t access it.
After being given the runaround I was told to contact 1-800 Domino’s
I contacted 1-800 Domino’s and that system is automated and it told me to contact the store if I had problems with an order.
I contacted the store again and explain that 1-800 Domino’s is automated and there was no one for me to speak to to place the order. It told me to contact the store.
Call the store back spoke to a “manager”
They said again that they were not going to honor the coupon and they were not willing to help me and there was nothing more they can do. I asked to speak to someone else and he said there was no one.
I went back to the app selected the Celina location and was able to place my order easily and I’m picking it up now
This was absolutely ridiculous all I wanted was one pizza.
Ignorant staff and horrible customer service. This store needs better training and should be ashamed

I ordered a veggie pizza but found chunks of sausage on it. I didn’t even bring it up, but honestly, this kind of mistake shouldn’t happen in the first place. It makes you question how careful they are in the kitchen. Also, some of the staff really need an attitude check.
