Took over twenty minutes for an order of one food item inside. No lights on in the parking lot. The tables were dirty. Garbage on the floor. Employees don’t say a single word. Just set orders on the counter so pay attention. And the only option is to order via self serve. I wasn’t the only one waiting on my order. There were several other customers inside waiting also. Avoid especially if hangry.

Tonight my Dasher, was directly handed our food by the manager. Unfortunately the dasher(JaJaun) stole some of our food. Dasher kept saying he sent the box on the porch and it’s was in the picture but it wasn’t. Just the bag and our drinks. This manager went above and beyond! She offered to make the box, as long as we picked it up. My husband went to get the box, and they gave him another drink. This was not something they needed to do! Way to go! This manager is amazing!

I have to say this is the best Taco Bell I’ve been at in a long, long time. I’ve eaten in once & take out once. When eating in, a young man came out & helped us with our order on the big screen. He was so polite, & helpful. Great Job everyone.

Totally disappointed in this food we received today. As you can see in the photos, there was barely any meat on the tacos, no cheese on the cheesy rollups and maybe 4 pieces of steak on the powerbowl. We paid 24 dollars for this a completely got jipped of food. We will not be returning. Do better please.

I will have to stop going to taco bell again this time permanently. I had stop before for about 3 or 4 years because when I ask for double meat on a taco they barely gave me the amount of meat that comes with regular meat. But I had to bring someone there because that’s what they wanted and I noticed the crew this time filled the tacos nice. So it started me going bac. But I see that crew isn’t there anymore because I only get the amount that regularly comes with a taco. It’s jus not worth it because you don’t get your money’s worth even when you ask for extra. I assume whoever on duty more concerned with dollars and cents on their product more than being concerned with satisfying the customer. So this time I’m cutting them off for good and and will encourage others to do the same. When they made that commercial about McDonalds when they ask the question “where’s the beef” they should make one about taco bell because it’s worst than McDonald’s! Done with taco bell for goid!!!

I ordered online at this location a few hours ago, and found a facial hair in my taco. I was very disgusted and upset, but the staff handled the situation very well. They refunded me my entire order and gave me a free refill for my freezie, as well as vouchers for a free taco on my next visit. They were very apologetic and kind.
