Will never go back. I placed a online order. It said it is supposed to be ready at 5:30. I walked in at 5:30 wait 10 minutes for the guy to walk back from the back. Then told me they only have Italian bread. This is not the first time I have had issues. Then he messed up my orders and put cheese on my wife’s sandwich which she is allergic to. Unbelievable.

I walked up at 9 p.m. and was told by the manager that I had to wait 10 minutes while she filled out paperwork before she could make me a sandwich. All she had to do was sit down her paperwork and make me a sandwich. So simple! Last time I go there.

Employee turnover seems high; we rarely see the same person more than twice. Customer service is hit-or-miss. The sandwiches are made correctly if you keep a close eye on the process and the items we want are rarely out of stock. The veggies are decent.

I felt bad because I started ordering and realized “this girl isn’t wearing her mask”. I felt bad the entire order and was going to just buy it and throw it out because I felt embarrassed to say something. When paying, I finally decided to say “I am sorry but no thank you because You aren’t wearing your mask”. She should’ve been wearing one, especially for someone working with food.

Since when does Subway not microwave their bacon? This location offered to toast my sandwich, but it was just not the same. I’m not sure if this a normal Subway change, or just this location.
