The app wouldn’t take my order to Bogo. I complained about it to the 2 young fellas,they said there’s no manager and they couldn’t help me. I did purchase 1 foot long and 1 half.. 1 server didn’t bother to ask what I’d like on my order. NO discount at all. Do not advertise to your faithful customers on the app and NOT go through it. That’s dishonest!!!

My go-to subway. Meatballs are cold. Call to let them know (nothing more, I can reheat). Phone just rang for over a minute, I just left 5mins ago. Store had 2 customers , 3 workers I saw. No one can answer the phone? How do you not get annoyed by a constant ringing phone?!? DONT GET THE MEATBALLS! THEY ARE FROZEN IN THE CENTER!

Not sure what the employees name was but it’s Thursday June 2nd almost 7pm. Just wanted to say he was super polite and took the time to make the sandwiches nice. And it tasted great (I had a pizza sub with bacon ). Ppl always take the time to complain but we rarely do the same when we get good service. I just wanted to let the management know that I got really good service and this employee did a really good job. The subway near my house in Rocky Hill is beyond awful. So bad I vowed I would never go back. This one is on my way home so looks like this is my new subway.

How you go to a subway where veggies should be fresh at all times I ask the employee if she had any more fresh lettuce for my sandwich and she told me no she didn’t even try to go to the back to check if there was so disappointed I couldn’t get what I wanted in my sub…let alone everything looked like it’s been sitting there all day! I been there a few times and this was the first I couldn’t believe it. Plus the bread was stale and my sub wasn’t even made right… she needs better training learn to make a sub

pretty good place for a sub. they do an alright job here depending on who is making the sandwich. The bathroom needs cleaning and remodeling. I think that the water pressure on the sink is ridiculously strong and needs to be fixed.

We love going to Subway. The one here always has at least two people making subs and there’s always another person or two coming in to get food. Their items are fresh, the place is always clean. They will always answer questions and satisfy the pickiest customers.

Nice location. Clean. Friendly staff . This one lady didn’t get her name but she stood out with a huge smile and very welcoming. Definitely rare to find such a genuine customer service .
