First Time eating here! Asked for recommendation, he said “The old School” so, since I was feeding 2 people, I decided to get the largest ($14) it said it has 2× the meat and cheese..so, I was excited. But! Nope! See pic below, I could of bought all these ingrediants myself for less than half this price! First Time Impressions, FAILED!

Horrible service. My sister ordered a sandwich here that she didn’t end up liking and felt a little sick from. When asked to exchange or get a refund, she was told that it was 5mins after the order so she couldn’t receive one. Mind you they have a 48hr refund policy. When I asked them about it, an employee told me that “it’s not my fault that you didn’t like it.” They were completely dismissive and rude. When asked for the manager they said they didn’t know it…how convenient. Get me my money please.

Anyone who thinks these are good cheesesteaks has never had a real Philly cheesesteak in Philadelphia. I had an Old Fashioned. It was pretty dry, and the bread was spread out flat with the meat and cheese on top. By the time I got home (10 minutes), the sandwich was cold and most of the meat had fallen off.

The regular fries were okay not great. My philly was dry but my husband’s had the cheese sauce and he liked it but there was no mushrooms on that sandwich. The bacon cheese fries were good.

Showed up at 7:01 pm today and the girl at the desk said they were closed. So we went to Sbarro next-door, got our pizza and sat and ate. After 25 minutes of watching the 3 at the register fool around we finished eating. We went and asked the girl what their hours are and she said they were supposed to close at 7, but their boss called and told them to close at 7:30, I mean 8.
