Me and my family go hear a lot, we have been customers for almost 2 years and has always gotten great service until today. Me and my mom walked in and on the door it says that they close at 8:30, we walked in around 7:50 ish and when we walked in and ordered a worker say your my last customer as if they were closing very early. Which they have never done, as me and my family sat down and started eating a guy walks in and they say we are closed. And then it was about 8:00 and they turned the lights off on us just eating. This was very rude and we will not be coming back.

I used to eat here often for the last couple of years. The same employee was always very kind and polite. Remembered us and even our orders. I’m not sure what happened the last couple of months but he is no longer there. Now it’s two men. They have posted hours of 8:30pm on Sunday on their DOOR AND WEBSITE so we decided at 7:45 to stop. We had time. I was told as I was checking out “well you’re our last customer”. I thought that was strange. We sat and started to eat. Someone walked in to purchase a sandwich and was told they were closed. Not a second later they turned off the lights on us eating. Leaving my ten year old and I to try and gather our things in the dark. You want to close at 8? Change your posted hours. Don’t leave a family of paying customers in the dark to rush and find their things and rewrap their sandwiches. This experience was so rude. I will not be returning.

What’s the point of mailing coupons if they aren’t going to be accepted. Then tell me i could only get one type of cold cut couldn’t put multiple cold cuts on my sandwich. When I asked her why she gave me an attitude and said because that’s how it is. Come to find out that customer in front of me of the same culture as the worker were allowed to and because I was different I was denied. Service was terrible lucky I didn’t walk out because I was getting food for someone else.

Really terrible customer service. I walked in and the lady at the counter never said hello, she asked me what did I want to order, then rudely stated they were closing in 5 minutes while I looked over the menu to decide what I wanted. Normally I would have walked out but I was ordering for myself and another individual. After a minute I decided and told her what I was getting. She proceeds to make one of the worst orders with less meat than usual and throws it in the bag no napkins. Never says thank you and walks behind me to lock the door. Poor business etiquette which is why I will never return here and give my money to rude people.

My son and I walked into Subway today. There was only one guy working, and it was slammed. He moved quick, but did not skimp on customer service. I was genuinely impressed with how well this one person was able to keep up with the demand. He had a positive attitude, and made a quality product.

Restaurant was clean and organized. I received a friendly greeting by Staff. Sandwich maker doesn’t put enough meat or vegetables on the sandwich they put the bare minimum. I had to ask for more vegetables ,I’ve never had to do that at any other Subway. I won’t be returning.

I placed an order online and I received an order online stating that it was confirmed. However when I walked in to get my order, I was met with hostility as I was told they did not receive an online order. I explained to them and showed them that I had an email confirmation. I would’ve left but I paid online and was not leaving without the sandwich I paid for. The employee then cancelled my order and proceeded to make it seem like my fault. I then left and went to the subway on Hebron Ave, where I received 100% better service.

I LOVE this Subway and have been going there for years, even on Christmas Eve day. The staff is terrific, always. Everyone I’ve met who is behind the counter is someone you’d like to sit down and chat with while munching your favorite Subway sandwich. This Subway seems to attract warm and friendly people…it’s magnetic. I have never been disappointed in the sandwich OR in the warmth of the staff and customers. And I always meet people who LOVE Subway. How do I know? I say, “When I eat Subway I am in heaven.” They agree!!!!!! Get a does of Subway love and flavor!!!!! Maybe you’ll see me there….practically passed out with flavor happiness.

I ordered online..Paid someone to go pick my order up. I did not receive what I ordered . I got the wrong bread.. no green peppers.. I ordered extra onions and they put a small amount not even the regular amount.. I wanted it toasted as i put in special instructions.. Nothing was correct I had to eat a cold sandwhich that was not even prepared the way I wanted it. Not only did they not give me what I asked for they wont even answer the phone I have called more than 10x. I am so agravated.
