i have visited this store many times and i have to say that the store manager and the whole crew are just totaly awesome. they really know how to make you an awesome sub. they make you feel right at home and you get treated with respect. come on down and have them make you a great sub. also the place is very clean. and the boss runs a tight ship, she is a awesome lady. and her crew is top notch bunch of people.

Arrived last night , at 7:30. Staff was cleaning didn’t even say hello. The girl with blonde hair and glasses was so annoyed, she acted as if we were bothering her because she was cleaning. I will never come back to this location again. Very rude service. As we left she started wiping tables half fast with the same dirty towel. I am furious of how we were treated. We wanted to try the new coupon in the mail . What a bad decision on our end. This is unacceptable. If you don’t like your job don’t work in customer service.

I ordered $150.00 worth of sandwiches and a tray of assorted cookies for a party. When I got home, we noticed that we were given 36 chocolate chip cookies and not assorted like we had ordered. When we called the store to let them know, the woman named Kaylee wanted us to bring back as many chocolate cookies as we could and exchange them for different kinds of cookies. She stated that, “She needed to exchange the cookies because she won’t have anymore cookies, so we needed to swap cookies”. We did not exchange the cookies because it is unsanitary to take cookies that had left the store and bring them back to sell them to other customers. The woman was very rude on the phone and guaranteed me that corporate wouldn’t care. I will be making a call to corporate and to the department of public health because no one should be trying to resell food items that have left the store. I would be cautious of this Subway.

Not the first time I walked out. I enjoy sweet onion chicken teriyaki. Middle st. Subway did not give two level scoops of chicken. 1 1/4 and I’m being generous. I’m a senior on fixed income. They won’t let you use any coupons for this sandwich and the move the chicken pcs. With their fingers so it reaches each end of the bun. I was told you get 2 level scoops but believe me this was the Last time I’m going there. The manager said NEXT when I complained.

I came to have dinner tonight on August 24 at 7:30. I had ordered a meal and sat in to eat. Afterwards I needed to use the bathroom and the employee who was a male insisted on me using a wet paper towel. I had asked what time they had closed he stated ten pm but that he just cleaned the bathroom. Being a paying customer and it being 2 and a half hours before closing was not very smart and rude. Not to mention what ever he cleaned the sink was nasty but both employees continued to give me a issue over using the bathroom and I’m a paying customer very rude won’t be coming back.

Awful experience. The the only employee working was high beyond comprehension. No greeting when I walked in and seemed as if I was bothering him, and them completely messed up my order. The kid forgot to put meet in my sandwich, not sure how one could make that mistake? Then when I call and asked for the managers name he refused to give it to me and could focus enough to take down my message for the manager. Maybe a one off for this location, however they will not get anymore of my money!
