I ordered a chicken sandwich and kept a note heat the chicken and cheese.She didn’t even heat anything. The whole sandwich is dead cold. Worst food making ever. I called the store so many times no one even answering the call. Just close the store if you guys want run the store like this.

I ordered 3 grinders. The bread was HARD! Hot Italian was supposed to have olives and none! The meatball sauce was watery, and the tunafish was nasty. Very disappointed. Worse subway i ever went to. Diffently won’t ho back!

Ordered doordash. Flat bread, toasted with chicken, bacon, american cheese, lettuce, tomato and ranch. For some reason I recieved a rolled flat bread “sandwhich” with no cheese or bacon, not toasted and recieved 0 of 3 cookies. For some reason sandwich was turned sideways and rolled lengthwise. Most likely to cut down on the amount of filling needed. Used to be an establishment that could make a sandwich, not sure what happened.

I’m not usually one to get mad at people, but the lady making our sandwiches today was just down right rude. I’ve worked in the food service industry for a good part of my life, and she was just being nasty. She also neglected to tell us that some of the drinks were out because they are switching suppliers. She also made my husband feel very uncomfortable. Me and my husband don’t usually like to bother anybody, but this lady needs to be retrained. I would be embarrassed to have her as an employee. I’m never coming back here again and I would recommend people skip this location if they have a subway fix

i have visited this store many times and i have to say that the store manager and the whole crew are just totaly awesome. they really know how to make you an awesome sub. they make you feel right at home and you get treated with respect. come on down and have them make you a great sub. also the place is very clean. and the boss runs a tight ship, she is a awesome lady. and her crew is top notch bunch of people.

I am very disappointed with the service I received here at my last visit. The girl charged me twice the amount I paid for the same order only 3 days earlier. When I mentioned this she insisted she was right even though she was not right. She blew me off and had no care at all. I have never had a problem here until this visit and I do not appreciate having to pay double the cost for the same order that I get every time I go. I should of insisted on my money back and left but I had 2 hungry kids that needed to eat dinner. I am not sure that I will go back here or not.

I tried to order a meal a while back through the website, not realizing they go through Doordash to deliver, first mistake. The food was cold and stale when it got to me, the driver was beyond rude and when she was told she forgot an item in my order, refused to go back and get it. I went to the restaurant myself and got more stale food, though it was hot this time. You can’t call a customer service number, there isn’t one, and when I submitted my issue it took weeks for them to get back to me and basically shrugged it off saying they don’t pick the door dash drivers, and tried to pull “were family owned” as though that makes it alright. I spent $80 and in the end got nothing for it. The poor kid all alone in the restaurant was nice when I went in. I will never go to any subway ever again because of this experience. $80 for a rude dasher and a dismissive owner. Keep that in mind if you’re ordering here. I don’t recommend any food here, it was not handicap accessible, there were no redeeming features to this place.

Arrived last night , at 7:30. Staff was cleaning didn’t even say hello. The girl with blonde hair and glasses was so annoyed, she acted as if we were bothering her because she was cleaning. I will never come back to this location again. Very rude service. As we left she started wiping tables half fast with the same dirty towel. I am furious of how we were treated. We wanted to try the new coupon in the mail . What a bad decision on our end. This is unacceptable. If you don’t like your job don’t work in customer service.
