Sandwiches are always made well. Unfortunately they are always understaffed and don’t always have a lot of ingredients. This review isn’t a reflection of the staff, they are great, always doing their best, positive, and kind. The sandwiches they make are always satisfactory. The low rating is for the lack of ingredients and lack of staff, this location needs assistance on both parts.

We keep trying to give them a chance, but they fail almost every time. Most of the time the order is wrong, and when it’s not, the portions are so small it’s ridiculous. Also the veggies are generally soft and old!

First off, change the menu prices if the computer pricing is different. When a #8 is $11.99 on the board but rings up 13.99$. That’s not cool. Also they were out of mozzarella and garlic aoli which was also very lame.

Im so sick of wasting my money on places i’m done with fast food, I order one simple sandwich, lunch time okay i understand, I ordered at 12:25, come 1PM they’re sitting there still taking orders has they come in completely ignoring my order, i’ve worked at subway before you’re supposed to focus on mobile first! It’s says they are hiring and you can tell. But sandwich was good. A bit longer for the sandwich to be finished with them being under employed.( Addition notes) Manger refused to wear a mask but insists on make the sandwiches. Made me feel very uncomfortable, and unsafe. Especially when there were two other employees who had masks to make it. I insisted they do so or she wear a mask. told me they were busy and just started making it after i refused for her to be the one to do so. i just ended up leaving. Definitely not going back!!

I stopped in for lunch. The only employee was busy making two “call ahead” orders. I recognized the situation. And was patient. I ordered a meatball sub which was cold. The soda was warm and flat. The ice machine was not working.

Upon seeing a large sign standing by the beginning of the order line I ordered a specialty sub. After the process of making it was fully under way I reminded the worker about an ingredient that was part of the special and he/she responded by saying they were out of that integral part! It was too late to order a different sandwich!
