Ordered online at 6pm for pick up at 6:45pm. Got to Subway at 7:15 & subs were not ready. Person at the counter was a little rude & stated that they were too busy to make my subs. Asked me if I wanted him to cut in front of other customers to complete my order. Then this individual & co-worker started complaining about how busy they were. Also negative remarks about other co workers. Complained that day shift did a poor job prepping – ran out of lettuce at 4 & never bothered to prep additional lettuce. Needless to say no lettuce on the sub, but no apology either. Sandwiches hastily made & not very good

Nicest staff! I don’t think people realize how pleasant it is no a days to just smile and this location in Scarborough does an incredible job at making sandwiches and treating customers like their friends. Honestly they called me once just to apologize about being out of a certain bread and then gave me extra cookies for an extra “sorry.”

Though Subway is a chain, each store is not the same. I have been to each subway store from Scarborough to Biddeford , Maine. This one in Dunstan is the best. Always friendly and calm, no matter staffing or level of busy. I always get just exactly what I want , with nothing negative in the entire visit. Well done, we will continue to drive a bit further to come to you.

I ordered from here the first time today and it was completely disgusting. Not only did they have the order completely wrong but they also included 2 completely raw chunks of cookie dough. Almost $20 order and couldn’t eat the food. When I called, I got a “nothin’ I can do”… I never write bad reviews and only write when someone goes above and beyond, but the customer service or lack thereof, and poor food quality was just THAT appalling.

First thing I noticed was the smiling employees when I walked through the door into a nice smelling clean establishment. There was a spread of fresh meat veggies and cheese in containers that looked like they’d just been filled ready to be used. The sandwich crafting area was clean. The employees interacted in pleasant conversation as they made my sandwich, a Philly steak and cheese on honey oat bread, and when I asked for extra jalapenos that’s exactly what I got, not a comical amount but the right amount! The sandwich had everything I asked for and was not so overstuffed as to be impossible to bite. I have never had bad service here they have a great crew!
