My husband likes Subway so I thought I’d treat him to a Spicy Italian sandwich. I walked in late Sunday afternoon around 4:00pm. Only 1 lone customer was in the place, already eating his sandwich. I waited for an employee to come out from the back room to help me. A young woman with short dark hair, wearing a face mask walked out from the back, never making eye contact with me or even acknowledging me standing there. She appeared to be on some sort of “mission” that did not include helping the customer but then she spoke the words, “What would you like?” and I realized she was talking to me! I ordered 2 foot long sandwiches, with her barely talking to me. As I paid her I actually said, “Thank you” and she replied, “Yup.” So I reiterated, “Thank you” and she said, “Have a good one”. Seriously??? If an employee doesn’t know how to say “thank you” to a customer then the manager/owner should teach them to say “Thank you.” To make matters worse, the bread was dry and crumbly. I asked for extra black olives on one sandwich and barely got any. Subpar sandwichs at best. When I called this Brunswick Subway location, I was told the manager wasn’t there and they could not tell me his/her name. To the mystery owners of this location, you’d be better off just closing for the day if that specific employee is the only one available to work.

Just got my food from a doordash order and I’m so pissed. My blt sandwich is literally a lettuce sandwich and the sandwich is so light weight, they didn’t even fill the sandwich up, plus they fogot the cheese too. Whoever worked on tuseday January 28th around 4pm -5pm. You should be fired cause it clearly shows how much you don’t care about customers food quality and quantity.

Bro the employ working today was so nice. I ordered a 6inch on white bread with turkey American cheese lettuce and mayo. Best sandwich ever dude. And the raspberry cheesecake cookies are to die for.

Come on it’s 100 degrees and no ice in soda machine.. u won’t honor a special with bottled soda so I can get a cold soda with my meal.. I have to ask Dunkin’ Donuts next door for ice but soda still warm out of machine !!!! Won’t be coming back

This is a great Subway, not even compared to the one in Topsham (although that is a stark comparison) but just in general. I’ve now been many times. The place is spotlessly clean, and sandwiches are made quickly and exactly the way they’re ordered. Service is very accommodating and welcoming, even forty minutes before closing time. The young lady behind the counter, who seems like the manager–or if she’s not, definitely has an attitude of knowing what she’s doing–is openly friendly, and because of that I’ve tipped well every time I’ve been in. While the Subway in Topsham next to the Circle K is a little grubby and as of two weeks ago is worked by some staff members who are openly irritated and inconvenienced by the idea of a customer, this Brunswick Subway stands out as a warm and comfortable experience in comparison. I definitely recommend the Brunswick Subway over the Topsham one, even for people who live very near to the Topsham one. Good stuff

The sandwiches are always yummy. They are very quick but of all the different locations I go to this is constantly the skimpiest of all and with prices what they are…
So a wrap is supposed to be equal to a 12 “, meats and veggies. I have always had 2 level scoops of chicken until today.
Not only were they not level but each was only half a scoop. I usually have it cut in half but had no need with this small wrap. I questioned her and she reassured me it was the proper amount. For $11.35 it was very disappointing and nearly enough to fill a guy up.
All other locations make a serious sandwich wrap, not here.

I have been coming to this subway for awhile now. Most of the employees make a delightful sandwich and I am so appreciative but the one employee, never seems to realize that the ends of sandwiches need toppings too. Every time I walk in to get a sandwich i pray they have learned but they never do. I hope you can inform the manager to make sure to have her employees put toppings on the edge of the sandwich. I do have to give credit to the other employees who make a fantastic sandwich and keep me coming back!
