I rarely ever go to Subway, but my work has always brought me to this location over the years, especially since the one in Bath is nasty. Every time I come here, it’s always the same one lady working the store by herself. She is amazing, does everything VERY WELL and efficiently. The store is also always very clean. Everything she does is 5 stars. Only reason I rate this 3 stars is because she doesn’t get the help she needs and I’m more than willing to bet she isn’t paid nearly as much as she deserves.

Today I tried the new Cali turkey sub with bacon and avocado, plus fresh mozzarella cheese on a multi-grain roll. It was delicious! The staff were busy but friendly as always and there was plenty of seating with space for separation from other diners. As a bonus this northern mockingbird was singing up a storm in a tree outside in anticipation of a rain storm – boy, what a voice!

I will NEVER return to this store. When I stopped in today with a friend I was met with attitudes. The girl who made my sandwich was extremely rude to me, and all but threw my sandwich around. There was only one girl who was friendly and courteous running the cash register. I have never had such a horrible experience at this particular location. Hopefully these girls can learn to control their attitudes. I’m sorry but you are working with the public.

The sandwiches taste good but are too pricey for the meat you get. I wish they put more than 4 ounces of tuna salad on a footlong because I could justify spending 8 bucks a throw! Lobster is about the same price if I do a little prep at home.

Disappointed with my last visit there. Not a soul in the restaurant, and the person making my sandwich acted like they needed to rush me through. They were distant and seemed annoyed. The sandwich was thrown together and a complete mess. The price of poor customer service? The loss of future business.

Overall bad. Bread was stale and cut unevenly so you couldn’t pick up sandwich. Made very messy. Toasted sandwich had burnt sauce all over the wrapper and stale bread toasted was made into a crouton. Didn’t give me a receipt yo complete on-line survey so this is it. Only one of three working looked like they had a clue!

Went here for dinner last night (Friday January 5th 2018 around 4:30). The young blonde lady that made our food was coughing all over the place while she was preparing the food. Not sure why they had a sick person around the food. Pretty gross. I won’t be taking my family back to this location.
