This is my third bad experience at this location, so at this point it is not a fluke. It is a pattern. I ordered five sandwiches. Nothing complicated. Somehow that turned into total chaos. Ingredients were mixed up between multiple subs, nothing was toasted properly, and my seasoned steak came out with mayonnaise literally poured on at the end and wrapped up like they were trying to hide it. It was falling apart before I even left the store. The staff seemed overwhelmed and frustrated just by having customers. One employee was visibly coughing and complaining about previous orders while making ours. At one point the guy behind the counter became so overwhelmed he actually started crying. I almost felt bad, but this is the third time my order has been completely wrong. Mistakes happen. But when every visit ends with wrong ingredients, no toasting, and sandwiches built with zero care, it stops being a bad day and starts being bad management. There is no pride in the work here. If you want your order made correctly and without attitude, I would suggest going elsewhere.

I swear, its either the employees or training but they care less and less. This is my seasoned steak sandwich. No avocado, mayonnaise just poured on at end and wrapped up in it. She couldn’t even figure out how to wrap it up so everything was falling out the end. No pride in work anymore but want more and more pay. On top, the woman was complaining about passed orders and both had colds and coughing. Gross!!

After the trainer cut my loaf open, and heated the chicken & cheese jn the heatalator5000, I landed the trainee, and he was clearly nervous about prep’n my sandwich.
Spinach was weak, he threw 4 cucumber slices on a foot-long, but i had enough sport peppers for 2 sandwiches.
He did as well as he could, but he has a few sandwiches to go to master that process.
(I almost felt like he has never had a Subway sandwich before.)
But in the end, it filled the void.
And I was good to carry on

Yes this location is inside the gas station but, they do have inside seating available exclusive for subway customers.
The dinning area is nice, they have it set up just right. Flat screen TV with shows playing while you enjoy your meal
Or you can grab and go if that’s the case, however best fits your needs if you are choosing to dine with subway today.

They ran out of food how does a restaurant run of FOOD? this place has dramatically went down hill since foster left. When I went there and he was working all I had to do was walk in and he would start making my sandwich and we would have a full on conversation While he made my sandwich not impressed with this restaurant

Ordered online but got there and the sub wasn’t ready yet. It was understandable because there was only one guy running everything. He ended up making my sandwich right in front of me and it was really fresh and good. The guy (wish I knew his name) even though he was shorthanded kept his positivity up and was really nice to everyone. Great service!

Placed a large order for a family dinner about 8 subs and some sides when I arrived more than a hour later and food was not prepared. In addition to the food not being ready the staff was incredibly rude and seemed to feel that it was unreasonable of me to have placed such a large order more than 7 hours before they closed. Needless to say I would not recommend visiting this restaurant unless you want to be treated as though you are in the wrong for purchasing from the establishment.

I don’t normally review fast food places because they are what they are. I mean I am grabbing sandwiches from inside a gas station right? However, I was so happy with our service today. They were busy with two people manning the shop. Our server was …I think his name was Joe. He at first seemed a little frazzled with how busy it was but he was actually just lovely. He told my husband about his weekend and his nieces, and how many he had, all while making our sandwiches. He was just a happy friendly guy and you don’t get to see that very much lately. Our sandwiches were the standard, normal, nothing to scream about kind. And when we cashed out we saw the tip option and I never tip for food I am picking up at the counter. That just seems ridiculous to me. But because we liked this guy so much, we tipped 20%. We will be back, Subway is a big OK, but Joe was pretty cool.

A lot of folks on here seem to think that doing your basic job equals a 5 star review. Just like the employees seem to think that doing your bare minimum equals a good job.
I’ve been in this Subway dozens of times, as well as other locations. This isn’t the “best” Subway. Or the “best” restaurant.
Look at “Shawn Water’s” review. “First class and fun interactive experience” and “Super fun experience ” when a worker responded to a question sarcastically. Seriously? Must be one lonely guy, if someone having a normal interaction with a fast food clerk is a “fun interactive experience.”
So, leaving aside the obvious shill reviews to boost their score…
This place is mediocre at best. Most of the time, they have all the breads available, but about 20% of the time I’ve gone there, they don’t. Sometimes you get a normal amount of veggies, sometimes it’s pretty lacking. Sometimes you get a polite greeting, sometimes it’s “What do you want?”
One worker, Joe or Joey, is consistently complaining about other workers in the store. Even stopped making my sandwich to complain about how some delivery should have been his job, not someone else’s.
Now, I’m never in so much of a rush that I care about some casual conversation. But if complaining about your job is more important than helping the customer in front of you…you might be in the wrong job.
So, anyway. A usual Subway gets a 3 or 4 star review. 5 stars for locations that have exemplary service, or something to set them above “normal.”
Then subtract a few points for a worker who gives poor service, and you end up with a 2 star review.

Don’t bother ordering online. You will order an hour in advance, show up and your food will still not be made. Then you’ll have to wait 40 min for 2 sandwiches and still recieve the wrong sandwich. Didn’t know it took a genius to make a sandwich but I stand corrected.
