We stopped here on the way in to Pittsburgh. Both orders came out fast. My usual chicken avocado melt was good. Very convenient! Wonder if I’ll see this place again

Worst Panera in the country. Staff has no idea of what they are doing Tried to order the new sunrise stack on an Asiago bagel as advertised on tv. Had to show them what it was on the board. Even then they got it wrong. Cook had to get manager to sort it out. Pastries all look raw. Avoid this location and they may get there act together.

This has to be one of my top 3 worst experiences at a restaurant. I ordered brocoli cheddar soup ($7.99), a manho smoothie ($6.89), a loaf of country rustic sourdough ($9.39), a cinnamon crunch bagel ($0.95), and a bacon mac & cheese breadbowl ($9.08) which for some reason comes with a piece of baguette as well. When they called my order I go up to find two plates, one with the soup and a baguette and one with a bacon mac breadbowl and a baguette and that’s it. When the young man told me my order was ready, I started asking questions and that’s when it all went south. I asked where my sourdough was. He said the food came with a baguette normally but I could get sourdough if I wanted. I pointed.to the order slip he had placed by my food. No here, I ordered sourdough. He explains to me that the rustic bread was a different bread. I said the bread I ordered was called rustic sourdough and I’d like.to know where it is. He tries to make up for it by giving me two pieces of sourdough for each plate. I feel like I’m being ranked. I again point to the receipt and say no, I ordered the loaf, to which he glances around and says “oh” and grabs a wrapped loaf of sourdough and puts it up on the counter. Then I said, where’s my cinnamon bagel? He said oh, we’re out. First time it came up. He said we can get something else. I tell him I’ll be right back so I can grab my daughter, who it was for and who just spent 4 hours in the children’s hospital getting infusions, and I come back to the counter. He’s gone. I wait, no one comes so I go and grab someone else and ask for the manager. Once she comes out I explain the situation and how unhappy I am, I clouding the fact that I didn’t get my mango smoothie either. My bill was $34.30 before tax and I’m missing $17.23 worth of food. Half my order. For my trouble we got two brownies instead of one. I don’t care how many brownies they offered me, this place wouldn’t be worth visiting again for that kind of service. I already feel like this place is way overpriced when 3/4 of my food was bread but I paid it thinking I’d at least get what I was ordering. The guy who I talked to literally put a slip on the counter that showed my order and still couldn’t figure out what I was missing. This is so below the bar that I will actively avoid this location at all costs in the future.

Edit: I asked for a to-go container for my breadbowl. What I got is in the last picture.

I order pickup orders for work for my customers every week from Panera. This location put no labels on the 12 sandwiches I ordered and it always seems to be a bit dirty here. I understand the service industry is super hard (I have worked in it myself) but, for $100+ orders, there should be more care taken so large groups know what is what. Just picked up from the Irwin, PA location and everything is labeled and clean (photo attached).

I stopped here 3 times in the past week for self serve coffee to go. 3 bad experiences. First time they were out of Light Roast and Milk, which is what i wanted. So I got the Dark Roast with cream, which is usually fine. But this time the coffee was room temperature and so bitter and old that I could not even stomach the taste. I realky tried but it was actually making me sick to my stomach from how overly strong and bitter it was. Couldn’t even finish more than a few sips before I hadcto dump it outside.

Second visit, they were out of Light Roast and Dark Roast . So I got Hazelnut, which I don’t even like. At least that time the coffee was warm and drinkable.

Third visit, They were out of Light Roast once again and also out of both the Milk and Cream. So I had to use Almond Milk which i don’t like but will take over nothing. Not great.

In Summary the self serve coffee station is always out of one or more coffees or has cold bitter coffee sitting out for who knows how long.

Also, There is always a mix of bad smells that hit me when walking in. Its always a mix of what smells like badly burned bagels, like a toaster that caught on fire, and some raw sewage or sulfur smell. This is a very unappetizing smell combination to walk into. Doesn’t make me want to eat anything from the kitchen.

I will sometimes get a pastry if I’m realky hungry, and they’re usually ok.

I’m tired of always having problems with this store. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve ordered and something has been wrong. They always forget ingredients; the avocado toast was missing both the feta cheese and the sauce, and the sandwich didn’t have bacon. It’s a joke that they can never get an order right, especially since they’re so quick to take the money from my account. Never coming back I will drive 15 to the next store

This location is consistently poor. You would think from all the mediocre reviews that the performance of this franchise would be addressed. I went in yesterday morning and they didn’t make any raisin cinnamon bagels, ok so i asked for the blueberry bagel. Please double toast. Was never toasted at all. Also bought a soufflé and guess what? It was cold. I can’t ever go back, consumers today have many choices. Consistent bad experiences will drive consumers away. At least the coffee was good. Good luck

Huge SALAD sandwich but wrapped IDK how it all fell apart immediately and spilled EVERYWHERE. Not toasted either but that’s something else. So, lesson is , if the Sammy is that big, don’t wrap in in a tiny square . Please use larger wax butcher paper or extend the 2 pieces used in a square to make a longer rectangle so when humans pull it from the bag it does not explode into a million pieces. Thank you.

I paid $6.79 for my sons bagel sandwich and the hole in the bagel was so large everything was falling out, including the one strip of microwave bacon. I totally forgot when ordering Panera, or at least this Panera, makes these types of bagels and charges you full price. This is getting ridiculous!! They are also always cleaning the machines in the middle of breakfast each day. While I am glad they do clean the machines, shouldn’t the machines be cleaned at the end of the day so when you open the next day the customers have the teas and coffees when it is peak breakfast time? Only go because a family member does work there when in town.

Slowest service of any other Panera I e been to. I ordered a Greek salad. No chicken. No drink. Nothing else. Took more than 20 minutes to get my to-go meal.
