Walked in at 12:15 on a Saturday 7-8-23, There were about 5 people ahead of us and only one person working. She asked if we had an online order, we said we did not, and she explained to us it would be about 20 minutes. We weren’t in a rush and didn’t mind waiting so we smiled and told her it was no problem. When the time came to order she asked us what we were getting. When we told her we would need 5 sandwiches she said “are you kidding me!” Rolled her eyes at us and slammed all five sandwich wrappers on the counter. My husband and I were kind and considerate we did not deserve to be responded to in that manner. I stated that that response was unprofessional and uncalled for. My husband and I left, without sandwiches, at 12:47. We waited over 30 minutes to be treated like an inconvenience and a problem. That worker is rude, unable to manage her emotional state, and lashes out at guests. After reading other reviews I see we aren’t the only people who have had this sort of interaction with her.

I ordered a curbside pickup today because I had my sleeping 2 year old with me. I parked right outside the door and the women comes out yelling at me saying “I don’t have time for this! MULTIPLE times! Nearly threw my order at me through my window again saying that she didn’t have time for this. She proceeded to walk back to the door still yelling “I’m the only person here. I don’t have time for this! People need to start coming in” all while flailing her psychotic arms around. She not only woke my 2 year old but my 6 year old was so confused about what was happening! It was unbelievable! She didn’t even give me my entire order! Absolutely horrible experience!!

We had the best subs ever!!! These ladies working today made excellent subs!, They were friendly, smiling, fun, and patient. Unlike the younger workers before, we actually stopped going to this one until the 2 came along!!! Ty for the great job! Will come back for sure!

This location has been “temporarily out of ice” on their fountain drinks for weeks now and to be honest, it ruins the typical lunch meal of sandwich, chips and drink. The drinks in the fridge aren’t very cold either. One odd the times I went it took my whole 30 minute lunch to get through the line because there was only 1 employee, who was doing her best to get through to everyone. The pita bread that same day was moldy. This location doesn’t have it together and if it weren’t for the nice dark haired female employee, I wouldn’t even go back.

This subway was super cool on the inside. Love the back seating area. Too bad right now we can’t use it because of new safety measures in place. This subway was nice looking but they were out of MANY items. I’m pretty sure they were annoyed with us because I guess they close whenever it gets slow enough and they had just mopped the floor. They were still like, joking with us but I could tell they were begging for us to leave. As soon as we left and made it to the car, they were both out the door and locking up. Happy they still took our order though!

Not sure who does the ordering for this store however they should be fired. I’ve been in this subway 5 times and 3 hour of the 5 they are out of meats, bread, toppings, cheeses, or a combo of the listed items above. Last night it was pickles, and Italian bread. Sorry Never again will I stop here place is a joke.

We used to eat here often and never had issues. The last few months the staff have been clueless, didn’t know how to run the computer, couldn’t find the kids toys, rude to customers in front of us, etc. The Ice machine is always empty for some reason. I won’t be back.

Went in to order a couple subs, no rotisserie chicken, could barley hear the workers as the music was blaring. Even mentioned twice it was really loud and couldn’t hear them. No pickles. Onion container had partially frozen onions.

I don’t understand why I keep thinking this location will be better each time I visit. I will NEVER return to this location after today. Recieved the rudest service from the an employee and the manager about something that is not written, posted or stated anywhere yet they apparently follow strictly. And when I asked if they had a survey on the receipt, she mocked me by saying loudly that I was an unhappy customer and was going to give a bad review. Then I noticed a pickle on the edge of the bin that looked moldy. Absolutley wish I could post the picture that I took of it here.
