I stopped by Subway around noon on Friday, January 9th, and I want to specifically acknowledge the two young women working the midday shift. One of them seemed newer, and both were genuinely kind, attentive, and patient.
My sandwich was made exactly the way I asked — which sounds simple, but anyone who eats out regularly knows that it doesn’t always happen. There was no rushing, no dismissiveness, and no attitude. They listened carefully, checked in when needed, and took obvious care with what they were doing.
What stood out most was the tone of the interaction. It felt respectful and calm, and I never felt like I was an inconvenience, even during a busy lunch hour. That kind of service makes a real difference, especially in quick-service settings where it’s easy to feel hurried or overlooked.
It was a straightforward visit, but a very positive one, and I appreciated the care they put into getting things right. Please pass along thanks to whoever was working that noon shift — their effort did not go unnoticed and was very much appreciated.

I went with my kids to the Weare Subway on February 10th. The new manager Mysti is great. She greets you with a smile and is very friendly and kind. She does not make you feel rushed or feel like you’re bothering her. The food is always prepared exactly the way I want and it tastes great. Mysti always checks if I have Subway rewards so that I can redeem them. She is a great addition to the Weare Subway.

Lied and said they were out of something because she didn’t feel like cutting any more of it. Then I ordered it on DoorDash for pickup and they suddenly were not out of it anymore….. ‍♀️ pure laziness and it wasn’t even close to closing time….. midday

Staffing is severely lacking. They leave one teenager to run the entire store on the weekends. I waited in store for 40 minutes for a online order that said it was ready on the app. This was obviously no fault to the worker they were doing their best to get through the stress of non-stop customers! Please get a manager who is actually there to help the store run smoothly.

Incredibly understaffed.

Was told my order to pick up was gonna be done by 7:30. By 8:10 it’s still not ready. I was told my order was next up to be made, and instead another in person order was taken before me, someone who came much later than I arrived.

Very disappointing, whoever manages the place needs to change something.

I successfully placed an in-store pick up order via the app at about 8:50pm (the shop is supposed to close at 10pm, according to Google & the app itself), it showed the order was in progress & at the designated time, it switched to “Ready.” Obviously, this is a bogus feature of the app, as at the time it switched to “Ready” (9:10pm), i was sitting in front of a deserted shop with the lights off & locked up for the night. Very unprofessional. If this is how they conduct business, and they can’t disable the app outside of the normal hours, then wherever they display the closing time should read something like, “Varies, please call to confirm before ordering.” That way, i could have avoided driving all the way there for nothing.

One person working on a Friday at noon. Took forever and then they were out of bread except white and wheat and didn’t have chicken salad, tuna salad or rotisserie chicken. Very disappointing

The service since the new employees has been slower than a snail in molasses, which I never thought humanly possible, like obviously intentionally slow. 3 people ahead ordered a total of 6 subs which took an hour to make as each item on the bread was slowly and precisely placed as if the person is making an art piece that is not gonna be mashed and swallowed. The veggies were frozen. Polite and nice, but not worth an hour of waiting and thos has been my experience every time since the people who used to work there left.
