Dear god this place should be out of business. Literally didn’t cook the bread. Walked in to an older lady complaining how late her food was and I sided with the worker at first. Started to notice the worker might be a drug user but didn’t want to be judgmental. Then I got to my car where neither of 2 sandwiches had bread that was baked yet. Had to PEEL it off the wrapper. Was afraid of what else went wrong since they also didn’t know steak is supposed to be warmed up even if it’s not toasted. Told subway, they didn’t care and ghosted me. BBB has bad complaints so I added one more. No one expects this kind of thing to even be possible. I can’t believe I had to write a google review about a subway!!!!!

Even though they were understaffed, the two employees, one who was new , did a good job keeping up. Yes, there was a wait, but, it was understandable. I ordered a teriyaki chicken sub on wheat bread . It did taste good .

This store posts hours of operation then closes 2 hours before. This has happened now multiple times and hours haven’t chaged the workers just shut the store down before it time to do so. Go to the Walmart subway they atleast are open during the posted hours and are friendly.

I went to this location and was told there is only 9 grain bread? I ask in that taste good his response I don’t know sarcastically. I made it to the make table and in was almost empty. Tuna looked terrible no chicken at all. The vegetables also empty and or missing. I was there yesterday at 3 pm there was only 1 employee and he looked tired or something similar.

Have ordered a few times from Subway on doordash and every time something goes wrong. First order, they call saying that the store is out of bread and will be canceling the order. Second order, they were out of chicken, green peppers, and onions so will be canceling the order. And finally today, Subway told the dasher that there was no record of the order in their system. The dasher tried to show them the order but Subway refused to make it.

Going back to Boston after finishing my school, I decided to stop by at this Subway location for lunch. Previously I’ve been to different Subway franchises. The one I visited today surprised me positively. The guy working there is very knowledgeable and attentive. The best point I really have to mention is he used a clean knife feeling that I don’t eat non-kosher products. Please, give the guy a rise! He deserves it! Appreciate it!

It was truly a bad experience. So me and my parents went to this subway and the first thing I saw. Was food on the tables and the floor, so gross and so not sanitary. We literally had to ask them to clean the tables so we could sit down and eat. When that was done, I went to the bathroom to go wash my hands before I ate. I tried opening the door, but it was locked. And I am assuming both were locked and get this they lost there key to unlock the bathroom doors. So they told us there waiting for someone to come to unlock the bathroom doors. So I sat there looking through my purse for my hand sanitizer, but I couldn’t find it. So I was going to wait until my parents finished eating to go home and wash my hands to eat. Sense I couldn’t see a hand sanitizer station to use. It took them a hot minute to figure where it was. And it was not in a good visible place to see or find. After all that I sanitized my hands and opened my sandwich. Only to find that the mozzarella was melted to the paper. Which made it hard to get off, so I pulled the sandwich off the best I could. I could barely taste the mozzarella after that, all I tasted was the bread and the tomato. I would have given it Zero stars, if I could. They need to do better on sanitizing and keep the floors and tables clean. Who knows if they keep there soda machine and makes sure that the ice machine is clean as well. And for the bathrooms they should have put up a sign explaining why there locked and couldn’t be opened. And I strongly advise that you don’t go to that subway.

Been here four times, three times no meatballs, two times they didn’t have the bread I wanted, one time they made me wait 5 minutes while they wiped down all of their equipment in front of me before they even tried to take my order and then they still didn’t have what I wanted.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Ordered online, pick up order with correct receipt attached and AGAIN WRONG SANDWICH INSIDE! Orders a Veggie Delite and was given a DISGUSTING tuna footlong. When you call the store it automatically hangs up on you. NEVER AGAIN! How stupid do you have to be to know the difference between vegetables and tuna!!!! Idiots! And terrible customer service!
