I ordered online. I paid over 40$ for a sandwich, drink, cookies and a salad.
The sandwich didn’t have the 4$ extra charge that I paid for for double protein, the salad not only didnt have double protein,the bacon was never put in the microwave and on top of it, whether thats my uber drivers fault or not, I didnt get my drink or 2 cookies.
Very disappointed.
I use to work at subway, as an assistant manager. Hire people who care. Not people looking for a paycheck

UPDATE JAN. 23RD. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME.I HAVE ORDERED DOUBLE MEAT, WITH NO AVAIL. IM NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN

I want to preface this with the fact that the two older women that work here are always delightful, but lately i have had this younger lady make my sandwich and she seems upset that I came there. Sluggish, no effort and barely a word spoken. I thought this was “subway have it your way”.

I’ve heard numerous negative experiences about this location but decided to take a shot anyways, and was let down. Ordered a rotisserie chicken wrap and ended up with steak…. The lady working was also a bit rude when I asked about picking up the order.. See ya never subway.

The manager on duty is completely incompetent, rude, and has not a single thread of customer service woven into her. There is nothing worse than placing an online order to show up for it to not even exist… I understand this isn’t the stores issue but it is their issue to fix it. Imagine trying to show proof of payment and store location to a woman twice your age for her to completely ignore you and say “idk what to tell you”

Don’t waste your time… This is the 3rd time I’ve been here & the place was deserted. Waited about 5 minutes for an employee to at least make their presence known and finally went next door & ordered from Sake House… Why keep the doors open if nobody is actually working?

25 minutes later after 2 additional parties had come & gone, the only employee decided to come up front & had clearly been sleeping. Might as well go back to napping now that the store is empty again.

the young man working was very nice but this is the second time i’ve gone in and they didn’t have any vegetables . 11$ for a sub and you can’t even get on it what you want. My boyfriend worked here two years ago and had an issue with management giving them the food they needed. give your stores and employees some food so they can properly make a sandwich.

I got a meatball sub, it was ok. But the women who made it didnt ask me if I wanted veggies. I did. But she was wrapping up my sub after toasting it. I didn’t have the heart to ask her to unwrap it and put some veggies on it.

Had nothing but wheat bread. One girl was on her phone call through my entire order. I ordered 5 subs and they somehow mixed up my sub with an online order sub. The phone number listed to call the store is invalid so I couldn’t even call them. The guy who took my order couldn’t handle being told 2 ingredients at a time. I won’t go back to this subway.

Extremely disappointed. They we’re out of three types of bread and it got to the point with types of subs that we had to ask what they actually had before we could order. Vegetables looked old and crew were not in appropriate uniform. The gentleman was wearing jeans and a black t-shirt. I do understand being busy and running it of things, but they seemed to find it amusing that they didn’t have anything in stock. Bathroom was also not up to par.
