Drive-thru order today (11-8-25).. ordered a #2 with NO ONION & NO TOMATO.. (Highly allergic to onions) Order was repeated back the way I ordered it.. Guess what I got in my burger? ONION & TOMATO.. Is it really that hard to read an order & make it as requested? Luckily my daughter checked it before I even touched it.. Cook(s) need to pay closer attention to what’s happening in the kitchen. Someone can end up seriously sick or worse.

We visited this establishment over 3yrs ago and found a gem of a place. As entertaining the place if you look up you see a model Train that goes around the entire ceiling of the building, just wonderful and so at home feeling at Christmas time. The people that work there r awesome, attentive and always willing to lend a hand when you need it not to mention that the food is excellent it’s hard to find a good cheeseburger even at a Dairy Queen now days, but this place is spectacular with their food. We will b back when we r in this area again

The new sugar cookie ice cream is amazing You definitely have to try it. And I know a lot of people don’t really eat the candy Heath. (Heath ) taste so decadent I don’t know something about it with the ice cream is amazing. Definitely should try it out. I know I keep saying try it out but every single flavor of ice cream I’ve received here has been absolutely phenomenal.

First off the food was made to order and very tasty. Second, this is the coolest looking dairy Queen I’ve ever stepped foot in. Plenty of unique seating, a Christmas village and train above you, a long leather couch for relaxing. Definitely going to have to bring the family here.

I ordered a hamburger with only pickles and ketchup. It was left to sit under a heat lamp for 15 minutes. I asked it to be recooked and this is what I was given. A bun completely soaked in oil, 2 handfuls of pickles and an ocean of ketchup.

If I could give a 0 star I would, on 5/26 I ordered a banana split and after 2 bites i noticed how brown the bananas were and about 20 minutes later stomach is starting to act funny, I wouldnt have even went if I knew a bad banana being served to me would give me stomach issues

Today 7/20 was the 3rd day in 2 weeks they left out meat from a nacho deluxe and looked scarce of everything else, mostly chips.. The 2nd time they only put chips nacho cheese n meat. The 1st time they left out the meat n nacho cheese. They can’t seem to get order right. Nacho deluxe is about $10 and is my favorite but lately no one seems to put effort to get the order right or to right person. This Dairy Queen is really going down the drain. I just want a good decent nacho deluxe order with everything. Hope management can help.

I come here often, never once will I ever complain about the quality of the food. It never disappoints. But I’m here to complain about a certain worker specifically at the drive thru. He has amazing service HOWEVER, and I don’t mean to be rude, his stench was absolutely rancid. And don’t get me wrong, the service was good but man this guy reeks. As much as I love going to this specific location, I now feel uncomfortable with the thought of his smell lingering around my food. (EDIT: I did mention the workers name as I’ve seen on the nametag, but I chose to remove it as I was not entirely sure what his name was. I believe it started with a “J”)
