Picked up a couple of footlongs and cookies tonight. Subs are pretty much as usual for this chain. The young lady who served me was polite, efficient , and friendly. She was also very accommodating getting out of the shot when I was taking photos. 5 stars for that alone. There is plenty of parking here and tables to eat. The store was clean and tidy. Meatball subs are always good, but they’re sadly getting smaller and smaller at all the stores.

I walked in tonight and I was told “we are closed” so I then asked, “what time did you close” the lady behind the counter said 8pm. I look at my phone and it’s 7:49pm. She said we already put the food away. Places of business need to stop posting business hours if they’re not going to stay open till then. So really she wanted to be out of there by 8 instead of closing at 8.

Wasn’t a very welcoming environment at all and everything felt like it was an absolute chore to the staff. Disappointing because I’ve been coming here since I was a child and have always had a great experience, but that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore.

Super rude. My partner accidentally ordered online at the wrong store. Totally understand this is annoying. However the person who awnser was extewamly rude. When we called to cancel 15 MINUTES LATER . The person awnswred “We all ready mad either but yeah whatever”. When my parter politely asked if information was needed and apologized for third time she hung up. 10/10 do not recommend.

Curly red blonde Manager is rude to customers.

Not the first bad experience we’ve had with this manager. First I normally wouldn’t comment on a person’s appearance but if you are the Manager, it May work in your favor to not have your hair appear as though you Just rolled out of bed and did nothing, it’s gross. You work in FOOD service.

Second, when helping a customer, that you know spends Hundreds of dollars a month at your location, you Might Not want to make snide comments about what you make for them while they’re in front of you!

The Only reason I continue to stop at this location is because they carry an ingredient we like. That’s going to change. This manager has grossed us out and is blatantly rude while slapping meat on bread like she can’t wait to get you out. Almost wonder if the constant employee turnover we see here isn’t because of this manager.

If you Don’t want to be there, stop tainting people’s food with your bad attitude and Go do something else.

Super rude at 0830. I used to work at a subway cheerfully greeting customers as they walked in.

I got no acknowledgement upon entering the store.
I waited there for about 10 minutes as the employees gawked at me with a stink eye as they were putting bread away.

When the lady finally decided she wanted to acknowledge I was standing there, in the most offended tone says “can I get you something? “

As if I ruined her day to come in and grab a breakfast sandwich.

I was so offended by the poor service, I simply said no thank I’m all set and walked out.

Totally unfriendly. If you hate making sandwiches and don’t know how to do friendly business, you should really get another job. You’re the reason subway is going out of business!!!

First and last time! Poor customer service talking over me as i was trying to let her know how many sandwiches i needed and so it would be easier for her. Had to repeat more then 3 times to the point she didnt ask if i wanted my bread toasted or what kind of cheese. Too busy having a conversation with her co worker and let me remind u she stabled herself and didnt bother to wash her hands or tell her team mate to take over i just said forget it. That is gross and you are dealing with FOOD! Will not return or recommend someone to stop here.

Normally the sandwiches are made decently. Yesterday I had the best made sandwich I’ve had from any subway. Today not only was my order completely wrong the first time but when I got the sandwiches it was basically a salad inside of a big bread stick. Seems like sometimes it’s a crapshoot when going there.

NMCI Sucks
I usually go in to order to oversee the sandwich makers to ensure my order is correct. I usually have to correct them because they forget things or charge you for items you did not order. Ordering online is a no go! I ordered online from this Subway and they found a way to screw it up royally! I ended up with 2 subs I didnt even order, and time lost that could have been saved if you just had a robot do it………..

Food was OK, flavoreise. I think there quality control is declining. Meatball sandwich was put directly into a small paper bag. The Insides started falling out, making eating it a challenge. The order was detained. Almost 50 minutes past the original delivery estimate.
