Stockton market was perfect for brunch! You order at the counter and can browse the adorable food items, jams, and kitchen decor as you wait for your food. It is a very bright and lively space, and all of the pastries look incredible. I highly recommend the holy smokes and the honey bee toasts. The apple danish was also delicious. We will definitely be back!

This space was empty for so long and it’s really nice to see someone put in the effort to make it into something beautiful. I’m very grateful there’s a nice place to get quality food. I’ve yet to have a bad item and really hope they’re able to stay for a while. If you want a cheap breakfast sandwich then go across the street to the bodega nothing wrong with that… if you want something with intention behind it and quality ingredients this is the place. Yes you’re going to have to pay but I honestly don’t know where you can get the same level for cheaper. I hope to build a gift basket one of these days!

Been to this place MANY times since they opened last year and can’t think of a single negative thing to say. I have definitely observed that their success lies not only in the outstanding quality of the food, but also in the exceptional service I’ve consistently gotten from their amazing staff. Special shoutout to Sophie whose warm smile and personal touch always make every customer feel like a VIP. Her recommendations have NEVER disappointed and always left us with a happy belly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I was drawn to this place while driving by. A lady seated on the front patio sipping an iced coffee and enjoying a baked treat looked too idyllic for me not to stop. The interior is just as alluring as the exterior. A small shop and produce stand as well as a seating area for dining in.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have the best experience with the staff here. First, I was waiting to order a coffee and another lady who seemed to have worked there and just gotten off her shift rudely and without concern just walked right up to the cashier knowing that I was obviously waiting to place my order. I didn’t feel like arguing, so I just stayed quiet and waited. When I did finally order, the young woman at the cash register seemed like she was having a tough day. I get it. I’ve been there as a hospitality worker myself. She was not mean, but just short and impolite. It almost felt as if I shouldn’t have been here at all. While the space was welcoming, the people were not, in my experience at least.

I would come back and try again though because I know as humans we all have our good days and our bad days.

Something for everyone and then some. Baked goods, great breads, brunch menu that suprises with it execution of well prepared, local, fresh food. Great shop for gifts, groceries, or just something to cook for dinner. Love the addition of prepared foods and proteins ready to throw on the grill. Not to mention friendly service from cashier to the super helpful people helping to keep the place clean. Keeps us coming back!

fantastic food! My friends took me for a late breakfast and I had an incredible maple coffee too, there were so many lovely things to buy and shop around. Great products with wonderful ingredients and a superb menu! I got the honey bee toast.

This is an easy 5 stars! I love being able to get restaurant quality food in a fast casual marketplace. The food is always made with fresh seasonal ingredients and there is always something new to try. My wife is gluten free and the homemade gluten free bread is the best (there are a lot of GF options, including the GF breaded chicken). The food is not the only thing that is changing, you can tell they put a lot of effort into exciting new seasonally appropriate provisions and displays. There is a lot of attention to detail in this market and it shows. Don’t skip the pastries, the chocolate chip cookie is the best I have ever had! I also love the community engagement and the use of the space to offer events.

9/17/25 update. Had to drop my rating to 2 stars. Stopped in today for lunch. Order the BLT to go. 3 (chewy) slices of bacon for a $14 sandwich is unacceptable. This is a tomato sandwich NOT a BLT.

Waited to visit several times before writing a review and luckily it has been consistently very good. This will be for the cafe more so than the market side of things. The baked goods, the prepared foods and the coffee are all very good here. The prepared foods are expertly prepared with high quality, fresh ingredients and that is why things take a little longer to come out of the kitchen. The coffee is great and everything I have tried from the bakery has been top notch. Although prices are on the high side, I feel they are mostly justified based on the quality in not only the ingredients but the preparation. Great addition to our little town.

The Stockton Market was a topic of conversation at many dinners . Often when I’d pass by but it was always closed . So finally on a beautiful sunny Sunday I made it inside. My initial reaction was how very clean and neat it was. The clientele looked upmarket, similar to those you’d see at Black Shed . Kinda midtown East, Hamptons sorts and artistic folk.
I sampled only some tastings of appetizers, and the carrot cake .. all tasted as good as they looked.. finally! I’m often disappointed by enticing looking dishes that tasted bland .. so far (luckily) this wasn’t the case. I will be back to try more treats . So if you like to cook, or at least enjoy eating.. I’d say go try it ! Just watch their schedule so you don’t waste a trip! Go try it!

Beautiful facility. Very high standard for their offerings. I’ve ordered a lot over the past few years – salads, seafood, random takeout options, and more baked goods than anything else combined. It’s become a bastion for great food in the area.
