Really no point to order ahead at this location. They will make you wait until the entire 7 person line goes through before they give you the pre- order food that is just sitting getting cold behind the counter.

While I normally have a good experience…. twice the people were asked behind me what they want before I finished my family’s order. After the 2nd time the people behind me were asked, I didn’t even bother with my own order.
I’m glad my family got their food. However…. this was incredibly rude. Not only did they miss another order, which would be mine, I will never be back. I will go to another subway if we need.

I’ve been going to this subway regularly and over the last several months it has really improved. The place is clean, the staff is very friendly, and the food is prepared super fast. They even remember my name and order and make it without me having to say anything. Maybe some of the lesser reviews are from previous experiences in the past but I have had no issues at all here.

The subway is average as in the food. The service is pretty good. The staff seem friendly, which helps offset the quality of food. I have notice that each Subway is somewhat different. You would think it would all taste the same but I have been to many from all over Ohio. I would have to say it really depends on the quality of equipment and staff running the place. Cleanliness is important to me. I would rate that 6 out of 10 from what I could see. The atmosphere is a gas station. So it is a little more open than a normal Subway. Which I kind of liked because it feels more lively.
Overall, it is not terrible and the service was not terrible by any means. If you are traveling and head in this direction and have a craving for a sub, it’s not a bad option.

There was a bone in my grilled chicken sandwich, this had never happened to me at a subway before. Oh also I tried paying on the app since I had like $30 worth of gift cards on the subway app but the scanner wasn’t working.

Give cashier coupon he says we don’t take coupons but took mine and did not apply it to the order, then he got my sandwich made wrong after me repeating several times how I wanted it, I said no black olives but he put them on my sandwich anyway. Try hiring Americans so they can understand what we order!!! Never go back here service was horrible and sandwich was wrong!! I’d give 0 stars if I could!
