The food was good, the staff was friendly, and the store was bright and welcoming. The front of the store has lots of windows allowing sunlight to penetrate, not the usual thing you would find in a Subway at a strip mall. The front counter seemed like it took up half of the restaurant. They even had 2 toaster ovens. The employees were friendly and efficient. A couple notes: they don’t accept coupons, and the bathrooms required a code. A sign on the soda machine read “no refills please.” I’ll be back!

My visit to Subway on Broadway in Taunton, MA, began with minor frustration when the app wouldn’t allow me to order due to the impending 6 p.m. closing. Undeterred, I entered the restaurant and was immediately struck by its immaculate cleanliness.
The sandwich artist was among the best I’ve encountered—fast, knowledgeable, and eager to explain meat combinations and popular choices. His professionalism elevated the experience beyond expectation.
Impressed, I felt compelled to tip. Though card tipping wasn’t an option, I made a point to procure cash.
An outstanding experience—I’ll be returning.

Counter help is consistently more worried about things other than serving the customer as quickly as possible. (Talking to friends, transferring ingredients from one container to another, etc can wait as a customer is waiting for their lunch) It’s also probably ok for the cashier to pitch in with putting toppings on, instead of just standing there as the lunch line builds. Still, nicely made and fresh sandwiches in one of the cleanest subway locations I’ve been to

Weirdest experience the manager was mad as I sat crossed legged at the table. He said my feet were to close to chair. I didn’t realize he was speaking to me so he got louder. Very strange power trip. I will not be back. I feel bad for his team as he is extremely unwelcoming. I was with a gentleman who was looking at the menu and he repeatedly said are you going to order as if his existence was a bother. I could understand if he was holding up a line but he was off to the side.

Never a great fan of this location. Half of the staff can only be described as incompetent. Wrong cheese, unorganized handling of multiple sandwiches. Coupons are hit and miss and no substitutions are allowed. Tried using a coupon that required a 21oz drink when i was purchasing a 30oz and was told it had to be 21oz…OK, i made sure to get extra refills on that. The best things about this place are food and physical location.

I felt the discomfort as soon as I walked in. The manager had a problem with my daughter when she was being a normal toddler curious and playing around. He told me to control my kid multiple times which made me feel discriminated and disgusted. I never spent money at a place and felt regretful. If I knew the atmosphere was going to be this way I would’ve never stayed or step foot in this Subway. I am a single mother raising a 1 year old girl on my own. I thought I would be SAFE to grab a sub for lunch and it turned out to ruin my afternoon. I REPEAT do NOT come here especially with kids. He also has customers commenting on me and my child.

My daughter and I stopped by after a long day at a lacrosse tournament. It was about seven minutes til closing when we walked in. My daughter was starving and the two ladies were so lovely. I am sure the last thing they wanted to do right as they were getting ready to close was to serve us. They were great, food filled our bellies, and made the three hour ride home that much better. Thank you.

Old guy here with the fake Rolex has anger problems you can’t eat chips in the store unless you are sitting at a table told me and 4 co workers to get out because I was eating chips in line, then proceeds to crush my sub when I asked him why I can’t eat the chips in line. Ridiculous, Refused to remake the sub when it was falling apart from him mangling it. Give this place 0 business.

This reveiw is for the employee that served me. (Dawn) very nice and took pride in her job had old school customer service that you just dont see anymore. It was nice to go in and see a employee with a smile and enjoying her job behind the counter. She kept the area clean made good suggestions for the sandwich and made me laugh. I will go back just because of her service who ever the manager is great job on the hire these type of ppl are to often over looked

This Subway location doesn’t accept coupons- which is why it didn’t get 5*. I think they should have a sign up near their front window so people know before entering. We had coupons & it was the main reason we chose to have lunch here ; This store located in Taunton MA, same plaza with BJs, medical office, dollar tree. The food is always good, fresh, but with $ tight and gas prices up, all the Subway stores should be honoring the coupons & that alone will make me think twice about coming back. Just off rtes 495 & 138. The coupons are short dated, so not likely to be used elsewhere. Almost like “false advertising ” where you think you can use, then you get inside and 1st thing they tell you is “oh we don’t accept any coupons at this location “. It does state that you can use them at accepted location, but they dont list them, dont give you a link to look up where you can find out where those locations are – So up to me, the customer to figure out where it can be used? This location might be the next business to go out of service, just saying.
