Today on my way to my vacation destination Kissimmee I decided to have a coffee at this place, I love to drink and enjoy a good and delicious coffee, but my experience was very disappointing and I do not recommend it. I never thought of giving a star to a place when the quality of what they offer is not what one expects. We have to share the story so that it does not happen to more people.

The worst customer service ever. Waited in line at 6:30am for 30 min to order, then ordered at 7:00am and finally got our 2 simple coffees at 7:32am. One hour wait and a headache. Maria, the one pictured in the middle not only disregarded our order, but intentionally kept smiling and ignoring us knowing she hadn’t made our order yet. I have never seen so many frustrated and angry customers. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

I was surprised by the wait time. Two coffees took about 25 minutes after ordering, and then another 10 minutes of waiting, despite several employees working at the time.
The service felt very slow in my experience, and it would have been quicker for me to stop elsewhere and order from another location.

Literally had to wait 40 minutes for my order, to discover that it was never made. Staff did NOT wanted to help. Had to ask them multiple times about my order, said it was being made and then I had to have patience and wait, in the end I had to give them my order AGAIN because it was not in the system anymore.
I know this is a popular spot for people that want to go to Disney, but if legit NOT worth the wait. In the end made us late, hungry, and angry. Go get you food on the Wendy’s in front, because at least they are “fast” food and your order does not take more than 40 minutes to make a simple BAGEL WITH BACON

The staff couldn’t care less they act like they’ve been there for 15 days straight 24 hours a day and having left they try and force you to use either the app or the kiosk. They really do not want to take your order in person even if you cannot find your drink on the kiosk they’re still like why are you use kiosk damn, why are you making us do our job? They took so long. This was more than a 45 minute pitstop. I only stopped to use the restroom and get coffee I had to use the restroom after getting coffee. I waited so long for coffee by for worst decision of my life stopping at this place. My grandchildren have graduated now I waited so long

Wow im not one to complain. I come here alot because I stop at this plaza every other weekend and service just gets worse. I ordered on screen and 3 people after me got their order before me. Im there waiting and asked couple times and they would just ignore me. Employees speaking creole asking each other of my order and none took initiative. Meanwhile finally another employee finally taking orders from people ordering wayyyyy after me and here I am still waiting yet they get served on spot. Finally I ask another employee and she asks my name took forever for 1 large ice latte and 2 donuts. Then she was forgetting my donuts and was like I also ordered 2 donuts. Horrible Horrible service dunkin needs attentive employees cmon they are better than that

Some of the kiosk to use didn’t work and you wouldn’t know till you completed order. Recieved my food first before a iced green tea. Waited a long time for the tea. Tots were mushy and not crisp. Sandwiche was ok but been sitting a while. Servers moved slow and with all the customers didn’t seemed like we were important. Do not recommend.

They just have a tablet to take orders for them now one at the register and they don’t even have all the flavor syrups as options plus they charge per flavor, and I couldn’t even chose the sugar syrup as sweetener. I’m sure there are more issues but not willing to probe further. Unlikely anything will change as the only coffee place in the building but just wanted to say: subpart, mediocre, dirty, and do better.

Terrible stop. If you want good coffee do not stop here. I ordered a large cold brew and it’s very disappointing. Slow service. Florida rest area Dunkins are the worst. Also it took 30 minutes for a latte and a cold brew.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
Wait times and customer service are abysmal at this Dunkin. After waiting 40 minutes in line the staff I was met with was rude and not friendly. Not to mention multiple other staff members in the back were eating and laughing while looking at the line. I then had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my coffee which wasn’t even correct and the staff had no intention of fixing it. Absolutely terrible spot, avoid this place at all costs.
