WARNING! DO NOT EAT HERE! I’ve eaten here twice recently and got sick BOTH times!!!!! The first time, I expected it was something else I ate that day (as I have eaten here multiple times with no issues). So I decided to eat here again a few weeks later, as I do enjoy subways subs – and yet AGAIN, I got sick for over 24 hours. The meat tasted weird. After this, I will not eat here EVER again. It also doesn’t help that the owner is also super rude. I watch him pick on his customers and he has even done it to me and picked on the way I order, etc. His wife also works there and sits on her phone. She’s a complete airhead and super snobby. Two peas in a pod. They both also treat their employees like trash. I’ve seen it. I’m sure that’s why they always have new staff. Avoid this place!

The place was very clean, no wait lines, the customer service experience was good, very polite with a nice smile, they seem to be happy and to have a good teamwork, my foot long was prepared exactly as requested, lot of meat and without over telling me: “this is extra, that is extra”… Enough parking space.

The service was excellent the food was above par but the atmosphere is the same as it is always when you enter a fast food place. I do recommend if you like garlic there garlic chicken sandwich it is really good but for me, there isn’t such a thing as too much garlic and could use a little more to my taste the garlic flavor is hidden but with that said it is still a good sandwich. I will continue to stop at subways for this sub.

Subway needs to figure out their wrap situation out. I tried to order online but wraps weren’t an option so I called to see if they had them. They did and she said to just give her the order over the phone. So I did. I ordered a foot long in wraps but when I went to pick it up it was only one six inch and was charged for a foot long. The explanation is that there is only one size for the wraps but it doesn’t make sense that a wrap instead of a roll would double the six inch price or two 6 inch wraps would be over 18$

Just moved to the area and the first time I eat out I was astounded by the owner and his uncalled for attitude to myself and my family. We went to grab drinks and we were yelled at and pointed to close the drink door (we probably had it open 30 seconds) and I was immediately thrown off at what we were doing wrong. When I got to the counter I ordered a sub that listed it came with tomatoes so I ordered it with no tomatoes and he corrected me aggressively to let me know “that happens down there” pointing to the lady next to him. My son then put his Gatorade on the rim on the glass and we were yelled at to not put a bottle there because it’s glass. This was all within 1.5-2 minutes in line. I cannot even believe this guy and how he acts. Your attitude affects others and if you are that damn miserable find a different job not in customer service! Retire or leave the industry if you hate your job because nobody likes a miserable prick. I’ll never come again!

Never a great fan of this location. Half of the staff can only be described as incompetent. Wrong cheese, unorganized handling of multiple sandwiches. Coupons are hit and miss and no substitutions are allowed. Tried using a coupon that required a 21oz drink when i was purchasing a 30oz and was told it had to be 21oz…OK, i made sure to get extra refills on that. The best things about this place are food and physical location.

This Subway location doesn’t accept coupons- which is why it didn’t get 5*. I think they should have a sign up near their front window so people know before entering. We had coupons & it was the main reason we chose to have lunch here ; This store located in Taunton MA, same plaza with BJs, medical office, dollar tree. The food is always good, fresh, but with $ tight and gas prices up, all the Subway stores should be honoring the coupons & that alone will make me think twice about coming back. Just off rtes 495 & 138. The coupons are short dated, so not likely to be used elsewhere. Almost like “false advertising ” where you think you can use, then you get inside and 1st thing they tell you is “oh we don’t accept any coupons at this location “. It does state that you can use them at accepted location, but they dont list them, dont give you a link to look up where you can find out where those locations are – So up to me, the customer to figure out where it can be used? This location might be the next business to go out of service, just saying.
