I ordered curbside and when I got there no designated spot. I called and he didn’t answer the phone. I could see him from the parking lot. I called again and he finally answered and said just a minute. I waited 20 minutes and called again. He didn’t answer the phone. The only customers that were in there were a small girl and her father. He made their order and ignored the phone the whole time. When they left he picked up the phone. I said I’m the curbside order is someone going to bring out my order of 4 footlongs. I told him how long I have been waiting and he hung up on me. When I tried to call back the phone was disabled. I have limited mobility which is why we ordered the curbside. I will NEVER try to order from this Subway again. In sure he’ll be out of business soon

New owner, and if first impressions are anything, this is a good change! Got 3 different subs for 3 picky kids and all 3 were happy with their lunch. New owner is super friendly and chatted with us on the way out. We will definitely be coming in more!

I had ordered a sub for pickup around 620 online for pickup at 645. I arrive at 645 as expected. It must have been atleast 85-90 degrees inside of this location. There my sandwich was sitting there which I then realized for almost 25 minutes in the heat instead of them making it before I arrive. The sandwich was warm, warm mayo and warm wilted lettuce. Everything was melted together and the paper wrapping was already disintegrated from the plethera of warm mayo for that extended period of time. I had to throw the whole thing away as 1. I was concerned of getting sick and 2. It was disgusting. I can only imagine the quality of the remaining food in their assembly line especially after now seeing other reviews. Just all around disgusting. If you want food poisoning then by all means come here for your subs.

I ordered 2 subs online last night around 7pm. My pickup time was 7:25pm, an on arrival my sandwiches were not ready. I asked the cashier/food prep person if they had an order under my name. They looked at the pickup station and said “It’s not there?” and then took the next persons order, ignoring me. I had email confirmation that my order was placed, and a pending payment from my credit card. They claimed they had no such order and there was nothing they could do for me. Never ordering Subway again. Thanks for nothing. Unfriendly, unprofessional, and not worth the hassle. 0 Stars*** but you have to give them at least 1 to post the review.

I go to this location often and after my last visit on May 10th I swore I would never go back again, BUT, today I decided to give it another try, and I am so happy that I did. I ordered online and unaware that this location was under new ownership I left a message about my BAD experience on May 10th, when I walked in to pick up my order the new owner approached me and asked me about my message, after explaining it to him he advised me that this location is now owned by him and I will never have a problem again, and if I need to call the store the phones will be answered (unlike the previous staff). Ok, so now the test, when I got home my wife and I were getting ready to eat our subs, first thing we noticed was how heavy they were compared to the previous orders I have picked up, once I unwrapped my sub I could see that it was actually really full, this was the type of sub that Subway was known for but in the past year or so the subs were getting less and less full, they were mostly just bread. Todays sub was really good, it was full or all the ingredients I ordered on it, and best of all the bread was FRESH, just like the old times when Subway was known for baking the bread all day long and the bread would always be fresh. Today had to be the best sub I have had at a Subway in a LONG time.
