Let me be precise. I am not writing this in anger. Anger implies a loss of control, and I am entirely in control. I am writing this with the calm, deliberate energy as I sit here exuding my bowels. Went to Subway with my good buddy Paul. The first thing I noticed — and I want you to really sit with this — was an employee handling raw meat with a gloved hand, scratching the back of his neck with that same gloved hand, and then continuing to assemble sandwiches without changing gloves or acknowledging that anything had occurred. I watched this happen. With my own two eyes. I stood there and processed it like a computer running a virus scan, because what I was seeing could not be real.
Unfortunately for me, it was.
I made the catastrophic decision to say something. Politely. Measured. I said, and I quote, “Excuse me, I think you may want to change your gloves.” What followed was not an apology. What followed was not a glove change. What followed was a four-minute argument in which I was told — by someone wearing a sandwich artist badge — that I “didn’t know what I was talking about” and to “just order or leave.”
I ordered. God help me, I ordered. Because I am a person who occasionally makes decisions that defy all logic and self-preservation instinct.
I was sick within three hours. Clinically, measurably, undeniably sick. My body registered its complaint far louder than I ever could. My toilet? Destroyed. This store’s reputation? Destroyed.
Do better. Or don’t. The health inspector will sort it out either way.

Got my sandwich today, Glad to know they just do what they want to do. Missing pepper corn ranch and they added pickles. Idk why subways up here are so bad, I have a 80% chance of my order not being right

Placed a mobile order. Waited over 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and had to leave due to time constraints. Can’t blame the ONE. LONE. WOMAN. Handling ten different orders. But I do blame management in their ability to just leave one person to handle a store. Probably won’t even get a refund but I do know I’m never ordering online at this location anymore.

She is there the majority of the time on her own. My one star is a gift to corporate. GIVE THIS STORE MORE HOURS! Give this lady somebody to work with! This is not her fault; this is not the location’s fault. It is Subway corporate’s fault give them more hours.

Workers are awesome!!! Owners suck at their job and should sell their franchise always cutting corners the stores NEVER have what they should the manager should be able to order what they need to run the stores the owners have no idea how to run a business and if they don’t have what I want I order from the pizza place across the street

I have been going to this subways for years now and have never had any complaints. The staff are friendly, efficient, and always make sure to greet me with a smile. The environment of the store is always very clean and very well-maintained. Subway is definitely my go-to place to stop after a long day of work when I don’t feel like cooking.
