Culver’s is a solid pick for night owls.
Good food, free WiFi, and open until 11 PM. It’s a quieter spot too — not nearly as crowded as the Bourbonnais location on a Wednesday night.

Brightest Culver’s I’ve ever seen, confused by Google / posted store hours, employees were also confused. 11 vs 1am on Google.
I believe I got wrong chicken sandwich, it was pretty spicy and I didn’t order that. I also order no tomato but wasn’t charged for it thankfully.
I’m gonna compare to 2 other local Culver’s and I did not get greeted when entering, I did not get a goodbye, I did not get a thank you, or enjoy you food. I will say it is the least friendly, welcoming, inviting Culver’s of the 3 within 15 miles. I hope that changes because I definitely prefer the other two which are farther and I believe I’ll travel the extra distance because the service wasn’t great. Food was great and atmosphere is 9/10 I do miss seeing merch and product, this place has none. But it does have best parking lot design, safest parking lot, cleaning building, brightest one, extremely well lite outside to. Basically the service is not great but everything else is. It’s new, I hope it changes and thete better standards and processes put in place to actually feel welcoming vs just sliding a tray infront of me and walking away. I did order my phone, not counter, I do believe counter people would be nicer but they also still didn’t greet me, say good bye like other local Culver’s.
I’m a regular at other two locations and I’d love this one to be on par but it definitely needs to work on customer obsession. It brand new so I’m not too strict, no one was rude or mean but they do call short of other Culver’s. I really love the parking lot, I have a nice car and other Culver’s I been nearly hit multiple times due to bad design, this one is the go to if they improve, because it has all the right things to be better, it just isn’t yet.

Highly recommend this establishment. We did an impromptu gender reveal and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. The food is always good, but the people are what makes this place stand out from others. Thank you again for your kindness.

Food and service at the counter was very good. We went to help out a fundraising cause. The 4 stars was due to the seating area being dirty. The floor had garbage under the tables and many of the tables had not been cleaned. This is a newer location, open for less than a year so being dirty was a disappointment. Hope for improvement as I still prefer the original location in town over this current location for dining in.

This location certainly does not meet the standard set by most Culver’s. The condiment station wa dirty no napkins straws. An employee walked right by it and never bothered to tidy it up or replace items missing. My burger was ice cold so it was not made fresh.

New clean seating , FOOD PRRFECT . service outstanding. Only down side is for people like me WHO NEED HOT WATER to swallow. No deal . It’s a learning, almost all coffee machines have a hot water dispenser That if used correctly dispenses Hot water for tea.. many new hires were not taught this feature so their only answer is SORRY NO HOT WATER other than tap..many of restaurant I HAD TO STOP GOING because I use HOT water to eat safely..so it’s a safety issue ..I recommend drive threw only if you require HOT WATER.

I’ve been to this location twice since it has opened and each time they have forgotten items in my order. The first time a whole burger was left out and the second time two out of the four fries I ordered were missing. When I went back to the store to pick up my paid for, missing items I was surprised at how unapologetic the employee was. Once I got back home and opened my burger I was again surprised at the crooked, slapped together state of the burger. They store was not packed, drive thru was empty, so I don’t see why my order was sloppy rushed and missing items. It will be a while before I go back.

It’s a nice new restaurant and the workers are nice but every single time we order they leave out an entree. We have a big family so there’s a lot of items, but someone always ends up unhappy when their meal is forgotten
