Love the staff, they are always super friendly and wonderful. Unfortunately, it sucks when I pay a good amount of money for a good portion of my drink to be missing. I didn’t see it right away as I was on the way to work so I can’t just go back for them to fix it. Keep in mind please I had not taken a sip of my drink yet. Their drinks are still very yum though. So sad cup is not more full! Because I love Starbucks so much!!!

Came here to pick up a drink tonight. I ordered it with standard ice. Had a mishap the other night when I came to get a drink they tried to give me the incorrect drink. Then I didn’t get my points and I had to spend half my day trying to get my points through Starbucks online.
So came tonight to get my drink that I pre-ordered. As I am driving away, I’m thinking this tastes lukewarm. So I started swirling it. There is absolutely no ice in my drink.
Now I have ordered light ice before, but never no ice. I went back and checked my drink, and I ordered standard ice in my drink. So, now my drink sits in the freezer to get cold, and I can’t enjoy my drink when I wanted to.
I am not sure if the people aren’t paying attention there or what in the world is going on. The drinks are good and spot on, but honestly people, pay attention to the orders, please.

I am very disappointed in Starbucks, I have a job that requires me to travel and so trying to find a bathroom is very hard sometimes. I thought I could come into the establishment explain my situation and politely asked to use the restroom and it was a hard no you need to buy something. I cant afford to buy a drink for $7 each time I need to use a restroom.

This USED to be the best SB I go to. Lately I have been extremely disappointed. Today I got VCD hot. It tasted like water. No coffee flavor just water and cream with sprinkles on top. This is the second time I’ve left disappointed.

I like this coffee shop but I think it’s really shortsighted to have your hours sign be a QR code instead of posted like a regular business. A cell phone is a privilege that not everyone has the access too and I’m lucky I did but it left me feeling disheartened. Great baristas tho hope management changes this
