Employees upcharge for toasting bread and will lie about menu items being discontinued due to inability to manage their locations. soda streams are usually out of all flavors besides sugar free tea.

Ordered a simple six inch titan turkey with double meat, only got 10 slices of meat on it. Couldn’t even eat inside since I paid with cash and their sanatizer was bone dry and looks like it hasn’t been touched since the pandemic ended.
The workers looked understaffed and miserable. They weren’t exactly rude but didn’t get my order right either. Prices seem more expensive than I’m used to at other Subways too.

Staff was friendly and kind.
The cooler where they keep the veggies and meats was so cold that all the bins were frosted over. This meant a lot of veggies were partially or completely destroyed.
Also, I typically get a wrap. The wrap here compared to other Subways was very small. Very small scoops of meat and very sparingly ok the veggies. Th entire wrap was almost half the size of the ones I normally get elsewhere.
For instance. I asked for onions and got 3 crescent slices. And jalapeños, I got 3 slices.

I’ve been here a few times when I lived closer to this Subway but never returned after one time I was accused of stealing a bottle of diet coke that I had just bought across the street at Rite Aid by one female employee. All I wanted was a sandwich but got accused of stealing all because I had the soda in my hand! I even had to ask her if she wanted to see the receipt. Not cool though. Don’t accuse people of stealing unless u actually witness someone stealing. She could’ve at least apologized. That is not a way to treat a customer.

Called in order 1/2 hr before coworker went to pick up. Coworker said exactly what sandwiches we wanted and what we wanted on it and we all heard her say it. My sandwich didnt have tomatoes or lettuce, no mayo or sauce, plain and tasteless as paper. I called the store, girl was rude saying she asked about veggies and sauce which she didn’t. Did not put points on my card and she helped herself to the change and put in tip jar when it was rung up. Also had to wait after 3 more customers she waited on to get the dollar bill back! Cashiers excuse was that they were busy, even though we called it in plenty of time.

Sub just the way I like it. Fresh ingredients and the sandwich was wrapped nice and tight. Brittany is the best sandwich artist in the city.
