I can’t believe how good this chicken spot is. Really. I usually avoid “gas station” food, but I couldn’t resist trying it after stopping in to fuel up on the way home one afternoon. The smell called me over to the food counter for a “look see”. Yeah right. I kept telling myself I only came in for gas but + + = … The menu items are very reasonably priced. I’ve been a loyal customer to them for many years. I’ve been eating there since before they got that remodel. Well, I ordered $70 worth of food today a family box, chicken tenders, the shrimp and six extra biscuits. I didn’t receive the potato wedges that come with the family meal. So I called up there all nice like I didn’t get my potato wedges in my bag. Can I stop by to get them? He puts the phone down to the side talk to the other two employees that were there. They’re all going on about. Yes, they were in the bag. And he gets on the phone with me (with a nasty attitude) and he said those were in the bag and I told him no I had everything else except the potato wedges. I asked him if he was calling me a liar? And why would I call up to bother you about potato wedges if I was lying why wouldn’t I lie about missing chicken or something bigger? Not two dollar potato wedges. He said I’ll watch the cameras. I said please do watch them and call me back. He hung up on me!! I’ve worked in customer service for over 30 years. I always am super nice and polite with people and I don’t understand where his hostile attitude came from over something that they did not give me that I paid for. I called there two weeks ago about a catering order that I was placing with them for my daughter’s graduation party for 200 pieces of chicken. Well, I will definitely be getting them from giant Eagle now. I will never be back there again. Check your orders before you leave the restaurant!!!!

Service: Every single order I’ve had delivered was wrong (missing added side that was paid for)! Every single one. I can see a one time thing, but it’s ridiculous when it’s repetitive.

This was fantastic chicken. Nicely enough we got there at about 6:30 on a Sunday and the gentleman at the front said they’d make us some fresh chicken for our 12 piece. Waited in the store while watching a football game. It’s a nice spice it’s not overly hot but the chicken itself was phenomenal. Extremely crispy and very moist. Some of the best we’ve ever had.

I ordered two “Krunch Boxes” today. One included four tenders and the other had three pieces of chicken. Both included wedges and a piece of cornbread.
When I asked about sauce, I was told my meals didn’t come with sauce.
There’s a big sign at the register that says the first sauce is free and extra sauces are $0.75.
Seriously?
What chicken place doesn’t give you sauce?
And why did I get sauce the previous two visits?
I love fried chicken and this place was good enough for me to go back a third time, but they lost a customer of a container of sauce that probably cost them a quarter.
I spent almost $30 on chicken but I couldn’t get a sauce?
Oh well.

This has got to be the best fried chicken I have ever had in my life, definitely blows the chicken places out there away, I don’t understand why they don’t have drive-thru locations like KFC and other chicken places, never once have I ever received dried out or chewy chicken, it’s always steaming hot, freshly done, crispy tender and oh my god so so so juicy…. Krispy chicken rocks!!!!! They didn’t have a Krispy chicken where I used to live so I decided to move back to the area and that’s all I could think about was Krispy chicken lol

Stopped in for the first time today looking for a decent fried chicken which is unavailable at KFC , Popeyes,. etc. Had a nice conversation with the young man at the counter. Had a sample of some awesome Indian food that this particular outlet has available. Left a nice tip and left with fingers crossed. It worked! The chicken was the best I have had in recent memory. I gotta go back and have some more of that and one of those Indian burritos.
