Someone hacked into my app and used my info and credit card 4 times within 24 hours at this same location 4 times. I live in Ohio nowhere near MA. Finally after calling a few times and someone picking up the phone. Talked to the manger and told me couldn’t do anything with the app and hung up on me. Couldn’t even give me corporate number or how I should handle the situation. Thank you!

If there is zero star I would like to give them first of all they don’t listen properly I want veggi delight because I am vegetarian but they did put chicken and with the same gloves they are carrying pork chicken and everything. They are not considered even I am vegetarian. And although I told them to put my bread in oven they didn’t want to make it.They avoid it. If you want to earn money go somewhere else serve properly to customer.

When I asked politely the sub not to be toasted the staff member was reluctant to take it out and then said. “Not my problem”. Which is a rather aggressive response to a simple request.

I’ve been here twice and both times it was not that great. First time, my bread was rock hard after coming out of the toaster so it was really hard to eat ( I did a to-go at the time so I didn’t get a chance to ask them to remake it)

This used to be a good subway but the owner has apparently gotten very greedy and has raised prices so much that it is now 40% more expensive than the store in Brighton. They don’t accept coupons anymore either.

I dont know there names but the male employees working night shift, usually 3, always greet me right away and always attend customers right away. I go atleast once a week at night time. I manage a QSR, man i wish i had guys like these.

Workers could care less about customers and the service provided. Sees one customer walk into the empty store, takes a minute to finish the face time call they are having then responds with “what do you want”. From average quality ingredients, stale bread to terrible customer service, really gives subway a bad image.
