After a long day at work I had stopped into this subway to get somethingeat. As I walked in the last at the counter said we’re. Closed, mind you this it was only 10 minutes till 8, so clearly they should still be serving food. In my opinion horrible customer service skills, very unprofessional, told us you can go. I don’t know if my skin color played a part in this but I will never come back to this subway again

Placed an online order , gave them an extra 10 min. My order STILL wasn’t even ready when I got there. And the place was empty. He said he didn’t make the order cuz there was no chicken but yet started making my sandwich wit the chicken that was clearly There the whole time….right in front of me

The service was memorable for how absolutely awful it was. I was literally the only person being waited on – and after having to wait a couple minutes for someone to come to the front of the store to actually make a sandwich – person proceeded to make sandwich as if he had a line out the door. Snappy questions without listening for my answers and throwing on toppings without a care in the world. This person desperately needs customer service training, better communication skills, and get retrained on how to make a sandwich. A wholey unpleasant experience.

I pre ordered online and were a half an hour late they were supposed to be ready at 7:15 I had to be somewhere and they were done at 7:40 made my whole night late and waited in a 25 minute line with one family infront of us

So I walked in at 8:02pm and tried to order. The girl asked how many sandwiches and I said 5. Her response was “sorry, I close in 5 mins and won’t have time to make all that.” I assumed the closing time was 8pm, and said no problem and left. When I look online for the times, I see closes at 9pm. So that was really nice of her to turn me away because she was lazy and didn’t want to work. That’s got to be great for business. This location needs to hire better employee apparently.
