I’ve been going in weekly for a sub and bag of chips. It’s always a little over $20, which is I think high. Today I asked for a receipt. The cashier looked shocked. They added a $3.50 tip. They also have a tip cup. Seems fishy to me. Beware.

Said they don’t take coupons. Guy was harassing the poor woman trying to ring everyone up. Seemed like she was poorly trained. Messed up the sandwich in front of us 3 times. Do not go here. Dangelos is right down the street and wayyyyyy better.

I’m at the counter. Three employees total. One taking out the trash, two gossiping to each other in the back. The one handling the trash called out for the other two to do their jobs, they keep chatting and ignoring me. I guess they’re allergic to making money at this place.

Worst subway ever. Ordered through subway app. When the delivery person was in the store they sent her back saying they never received my order. When I tried calling them they pick up the call and never spoke anything. They just pick up the phone and leave it. Can’t even contact them. My app shows it was delivered but never got it and even the driver didn’t get it. What kind of service is this.
