Anything but FRESH! They use OLD, STALE, HARD Bread leftovers. If you are processing an online order, you won’t see what’s happening behind that order. This is an experience from multiple visits. I realized it as soon as i put my sub in my mouth. It was hard and crusty bread ! I know Subway okays that but the food has to retain quality and taste. I often have seen staff not using gloves when supervisors are not around. Just unprofessional restaurant practices here. Very frustrating. Subway has to notch it up a bit for the sake of food quality and consumers standards. I Will not return!!!!

Stingy crew with low quality service. I’ve tried other subway restaurants which were way better than this one. They don’t offer enough napkins. They don’t bag your sandwich. The restaurant itself is not clean. I would think twice before going there.

Trying to use a coupon I just got from the mail. I presented it before I ordered. The Indian woman acknowledged and told me to go ahead and order. The coupon was a footlong sub with drinks and chip for $7.99. When I wanted to pay, she told me that the coupon was already scanned. I was forced to pay $16 for a footlong sub. I should have just walked away. But I didn’t want to waste the food. I was scammed. Never visiting subway again.

This is strictly for the older white haired woman that manages this location. I’ve seen a number of mentions about her disrespectful behavior towards her workers. And I’ve seen her treat customers poorly too. If you weren’t a local stop for businesses that surround this location. I’m sure you would have less business because of her. Your employees look abused by her and quite unhappy. Not a good experience for customers!! Address it! Address her behavior!

Went here last week. The food was good, employees were nice, typical Subway. What ruined my experience was the older lady who seems to be the manager screaming at her employees non stop in front of customers. There needs to be a level of respect and decency when speaking employees, and other human beings in general. This is not the first time I’ve seen this here. The manager needs to start speaking to her employees with respect and kindness. Other than that the trip was good.

Have been to many subway outlets but by far the worst experience ever. Worst customer service! The young lady who was making our subway was rude and when asked to make it saucy….she got annoyed and was literally chucking/throwing veggies on the sandwich instead of making one! O.5 out of 5 stars
