The steak was indeed bovine, and the “soaked in butter” theme on all things vegetable meant I ate it all. The stuff on top of the steak is a good enough guise, so all together it works just fine. Generous ****

Mushroom ravioli was amazing. Battered cod with fries also good. Tim the waiter was very courteous, prompt, and delightful to have on our last evening. He was probably the most 5 star part of the restaurant.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but our experience last night was unacceptable. The food itself wasn’t bad, but the server completely ruined the visit. We don’t remember the server’s name, but we were the last customer group of three from yesterday night, and the way we were treated was shocking.
After we paid, the server actually yelled at us and insulted us because our tip was less than the $50 they personally expected. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and completely inappropriate. No customer should ever be spoken to like that, regardless of the tip amount.
This left a very negative impression, and we won’t be returning. I truly hope management addresses this issue so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.

Amazing service, disgusting food. Service was top notch, food was disgusting. I had the fish and chips and the “cod” fillets were mushy and oily, disgusting. Fries were soaked in oil. Awful, awful food, avoid. Great service though, they were really nice and friendly, only reason for not leaving a 1 star to this place.

I wanted something light so I got a tomato bisque from the starter menu for $12. I expected a bowl but all I got is a cup. Not worth the value. As far as taste it was just ok.

Wish I could rate the food but we arrived at 8PM on Sunday Night. Host sat us quickly but after 15 minutes of nobody greeting us or even saying they would be with us in a bit, we left to order Door Dash. Not the Bonvoy experience we expected!!

We were not expecting to be eating dinner in San Francisco but I was so grateful our hotel had a restaurant in it! I had my 4 kids with me and had not eaten in 14 hours and had been up for almost 20. The service was wonderful, our waiter was so kind and thoughtful, offering things not technically on the menu so my kids would actually eat. We all started to get tired halfway thru the meal and he offered to bring us boxes to take back up to our rooms.

Good food, quality ingredients. Reuben sandwich came with a beautiful salad. Sliders were very good. A bit pricey but worth it for the location and freshness. Very good service too, friendly and attentive.
