They don’t clean knifes after every use, and asked for extra salami and she only put 4 slices but put 8 slices of ham, don’t know where the confusion was, this is for a footlong too by the way, but the worst of it really just was that they don’t clean the knifes after every use

I came in at 8:45, and the door was opened. The lady at the register was counting the money. As she saw me, she glanced at the clock and then back at me and said that they were closed. When I said it was 8:45 and they were supposed to be open, she said that the oven was broken so they couldn’t take my order. I was expecting that, as I understand that she wanted to get home and stuff, but then don’t say on the website that you’re open till 9 pm because that’s not true. I recommend you to update the store hours and stop misinforming the customers.

Worst subway experience ever. We came to the store at 7 PM when the store timings said open till 9Pm. The lady at the counter refused to let us eat inside even though it was raining heavily and I wanted to eat in, saying she wanted to close immediately. I later crossed the store around 8PM and saw it open. Terrible customer service!

This Subway is very well run compared to others I’ve been too. Staff is efficient & knowledgeable. Service is friendly. It does get busy and a line forms during the lunch rush. I usually try to get there a bit before noon to avoid the line. But, even when there is a line, it moves fairly quickly.

The website states that they close at 9pm, I got to the restaurant at 8:40pm and the door was closed. The cashier did not even acknowledge me and did not provide service despite it being several minutes before 9pm.
