This Subway location makes some of the best sandwiches a Subway can, in my opinion, in the Worcester area. The staff are always kind and friendly. However, today, when I went in, it was so hot inside, I couldn’t bring myself to eat inside the store. I don’t know how the employees work through the hot and stuffy air in there. It reached a high of 84, I believe today, and it honestly was cooler outside than it was in the actual store. This happens often when I visit this location and it really is such a shame because I would go out to eat here more if the store wasn’t so darn hot on the hotter days of summer. I feel bad for the employees working too, I don’t know how they do it! I was so shocked, when it felt cooler stepping outside, in the sun at 84 degrees, than inside that store, that I felt compelled to leave a review. I probably will not be eating here again anytime soon, and I wouldn’t suggest visiting this location.

Subway constantly runs BOGO, 50% off specials, and other discounts advertised on their website or social media, and it’s been 5-6 times we’ve gone through the whole online order process, only to find out on the last step this location doesn’t participate in any of those deals. Incredibly frustrating to always go through that work just to find out they continually opt out of the highly marketed promotions.

I decided to treat my dad for his birthday today to Subway for lunch . It was very good. I’d gotten a $15.00 Dollar gift- card from a close friend 2 years ago, and haven’t had a spare chance to use ,so I decided to take my dad today to celebrate his special day. I ordered the Sweet Chicken Terriyaki 6 inch Sub with the Sweet Terriaki sauce and my Dad got the B.M.T. 6 in. Sub and we got 3 cookies 1 oatmeal raise , 1 White Macadamia nut cookie ,and Whitch Raspberry Macadamian note cookie for myself. The White Raspberry Macadamia cookie was quite delicious. This is a nice subway , the young girl was super friendly & sweet. Differently a little costly to eat out. No complaints ! All Positive things to say !

One of the worst Subways I have been to. There were two employees working on one customer at a time which made the time I was in there so slow. When it was my time to order the employees were very rude. It’s like they were annoyed that I was in there ordering a sandwich. One of them didn’t change their gloves after handling money to make food, which is disgusting. I couldn’t really see the choice of veggies because the glass was filthy but when I opened my sandwich the vegetables looked old, brown, and limp (no crisp to them). I got to the register and I wasn’t asked if I had a Subway rewards, yet I waited a few extra minutes to order because they were (both) signing up the person in front of me. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location.

I have been this Subway’s before when several other were just about out of bread. I came here and they had bread which was great. The employee was great and made the sandwiches to order and quickly. If I meed a Subways and I’m in the area I’ll be heading here.

Very disappointed. First of all I witnessed them make a sandwich- one person made it wrong, the other noticed and threw it away. This sandwich looked like it was for an online order so they wasted more time and food and left people in the line. Then when it came to my sandwich is wasn’t slipt proportionally and I had to keep asking for more veggies since she was barely putting any on. She then struggled to close my sandwich because it wasnt split properly and then I asked for 2 oatmeal cookies. I got back to work and these cookies were stale. This is the closest subway to where I work but if I see these two working again I will just find something else to eat

Not very satisfied with the quality of the food. The chicken in my sandwich tasted raw and undercooked. Just like the other subways, bacon was missing from my sandwich. The store itself is clean and well maintained.

Went to subway twice once a Saturday and once during the week and both times my order was messed up. I ordered an Italian white foot long tuna fish with lettuce tomato pickles and a little bit of mayonnaise. Both times they gave me the wrong bread and drenched the sandwich In mayonnaise. The second time I used a coupon which was a waste and after talking to the manager twice about the issue the second time he had the nerve to say I have a speech impediment and he defended his employees. You would think during this uncertain times restaurants would be extra helpful to earn your business but apparently not they would rather insult you and defend their employees.
