This jack in the box is close to the interstate. When we arrived, there weren’t many people there. Our food came fast and it was fresh. The fries were straight out of the fryer. Everything tasted delicious. Service was good. People were friendly.

Food was alright. You can tell they only put the amount that is supposed to be on there.No more. Seam very by the book. Only one guy working , he was getting the job done had a fairly good pace respect to that. Food was on point. No strawberry jelly or coffee at 3am tho.

Tacos were tasty… tho’ I shorted on lettuce. I asked the microphone to make tacos like they look in advertising & that “I’ll pay for extra lettuce. No sauce packets.”
I got < 14-strands of lettuce onin each taco & they were all on just ONE SIDE of the tacos. No lettuce in bag after taco removed.
Also in bag were four (4) sauce packets… which weren’t needed.

Not sure if the cashier was shy or rude. There was no greetings or enthusiasm, no smile. He did not even make sure that he had my order correct. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo with 2 tacos. I was wondering why it came out to be over $14. When I got my receipt, I saw that instead of the tacos, he had charged me for a sourdough Jack lol. The manager came to fix it and refund me the difference in the price though.

Manager needs to go back to training on how to be a good leader and lead by example. Was giving my husband attitude while taking his order, rushing us, and yelling at her employees. I’m surprised she still has anybody working for her. I would’ve quit if I was them. The lady working the drive thru is nice when I go get my coffee in the morning no matter what’s going on.
