This review is for the service…and the FOOD. There is ALWAYS a problem at this location. I ordered a pizza at 530…it gave me an eta of 30 min…I didn’t arrive to pick it up until 637, they had literally put my pizza in the oven when I walked in. I was calm..but I asked questions…Then the manager and another employee quit on the spot…then here comes a very irrational customer who was also wondering why his food was taking so long. After waiting an additional 17 min , this is what they gave me. This was supposed to be a extra most best…I paid extra for extra pepperoni…My children st it anyway because they were starving by the time i got it. This is what you serve your customers???3 customers left…they lost business…very poor business practices. I want a refund. Not a fan.

When I got there I was waiting, the store looks a little busy, the manager was telling all the costumers it going to take 30 to 45 minute wait. Then I notice a young black male workers comes out really fast walking outside and said to the manager on going on my break, when the store was supposed to be busy, he run outside, I went to my vehicle then I saw the young man drinking a bottle of water on the phone and smoking Mariguana in front of the store and in front of all the incoming costumers! Why I was wow no shame no care no accountability and no manager to give a them about the image and food safety. This is not acceptable.

I come to this little ceaser all the time I’ve always had bad services but today it was the first time I got treated great by Benjamin he had this positive attitude good social skills they was quick with my food they said it would be 20 min came back in 10 minutes and it was ready. Shoutout to Benjamin! Best worker I’ve had in all little ceasers need more people like him!

Don’t know why this place has so many bad reviews. It’s Little Caesar’s. If you don’t place your order in advance you will most likely have to wait, just like at any pizza spot. The establishment is always clean when I’m there. Never had a problem getting my pizza in a timely manner.

Awful. Shut this location down. They will take your money, mess the order up and act like they don’t know how to give refunds. Food was ordered an hour in advance via app and it was still another 40 min to be done.
Ordered a pretzel pizza.
What I got was not a pretzel crust, and it was COVERED in salt ALL over. It was only supposed to have salt along the edges of the pizza. I only ate two pieces before i had to stop because I was almost having cardiac arrest on my couch. As someone with high blood pressure, this is inedible how much salt was on it. I called to let them know their mistake, and the response was “…ok”. Not even a sorry my bad, I’m going to try for a refund tomorrow when my chest isn’t so tight but I’m not hopeful.

Waiting in line for 10 min before order being taken. Cashier was going between taking orders, cutting and boxing pizza. You can hear other employees in the back talking. Order received after 40 min I’ve been to this location a few times months apart and same experience each time.
