This is my second time going to this location in a month. I usually don’t leave reviews but this is so frustrating. I hope someone sees this in management and does some training or something. First time I ordered here, my sandwich was completely wrong…bread was wrong, wasn’t toasted and all the filling was completely wrong. I ate it anyways and just let it go and chalked it up to a fluke. The second time I ordered here, I got all the way home and the bread was completely wrong and it still wasn’t toasted. I really don’t care…honestly, it’s not the end of the world but when I spend my hard earned money, I would at least like to get what I asked for…especially since I ordered on the app and there was no way for me to miscommunicate.

Ive ordered 1 time before i ordered today. The 2 girls working 1 blonde and the other had brown hair werent very friendly. Brown haired girl was very impatient and gave me attitude. After i paid i watched the brown haired girl pick up what i think was a 5 dollar bill from the tip jar and said something to the blonde girl… is dippin into the tip jar even allowed.

My wife has a gluten allergy and so we have to be a bit creative when dining out. She asked the young man if he could make a 6” sub but without the bread. She brought her own bread and assembled her own sandwich. He met this challenge perfectly. It was rather unorthodox but our sandwiches were great!

Speedy service, great prices, and delicious food. Can’t give five stars because I believe ALL staff, even those training, should have tried everything on the menu!! If the product is new, and I ask how it is…the employee being asked about it SHOULD have been given a sample to allow themselves to form an individual opinion, when the restaurant launches a product!! Which must be different from store to store? Otherwise ,no complaints

Absolutely horrible!! Got our whole order wrong including our drinks. Our order was 3 cookies,we got 2 cookies, also ordered a steak AND cheese with mayo,there was no mayo OR cheese. How can you forget the cheese? Its a steak AND cheese… If you are in a hurry don’t recommend this subway because they’ll possibly get your whole order wrong.

Don’t go if the woman with the Pennywise tattoo on her left arm is working. Very difficult. Annoyed if you show up without ordering ahead. Refused to make 2 of the 5 sandwiches the way I ordered. Left with only 3. With 22 million people unemployed and a Massachusetts minimum wage, it shouldn’t be that hard to find someone that just has to make a freakin sandwich the way you order it. Never had this problem with any other employee at this location or any other location. Always get the same thing.
