Employee was very unprofessional huffing and puffing shaking his head when he saw me and my boyfriend standing their we were the only two customers in the store and when my boyfriend asked him a question and he ignored it and when asking what we wanted he had an attitude I’ve been to that location multiple times and never been treated like that so we walked out and left i Will not be treated less than when I’m paying customer i work in food service and no matter the situation you never treat someone bad treat people how you want to be treated

Upon arriving – The girl who was preparing the sandwiches was vocal and was swearing using the F-word multiple times. She was also very distracted as it seemed she had a friend or family member on the sideline who seemed to be asking her information about a vehicle. So far this is a strike against my visit. I had to remind her what came on the sandwiches, even though they were the specialty ones and I wanted them as they came. So I was reading the board to her. Then after waiting my time for the four sandwiches I needed I made it home and guess what I found – A long black hair in my sandwich which was the icing to my experience. I live 3 minutes away for 8 years and I remembered why I preferred to spend the gas and get better service for the 40-60 bucks I spend every time I visit one.

I went on a Thursday night around dinner time. No line or waiting, the server was nice and polite and made my food to order. Lobby tables were a little dirty with crumbs, no trash on them. Parking was close and open. It is a smaller store. Subway prices have gone up since my last visit. My food was good, but small. I always feel hungry shortly after eating at Subway. Not really sure why.

On April 12, I visited the Subway Store in Chicopee. When I entered to the store, nobody was there. I said hello so that somebody could provide service. The girl with attitude say WHAT YOU WANT. I ordered chicken breast on a 6 inches bread. I noticed that she was preparing my order on a full foot long bread. I told her That what I order was on a 6 inches bread. Again, with attitude, she said that is NOT A BIG DEAL. I asked her, Are you alright? and she yelled at me ARE YOU OKAY? and I just left the place and I won’t comeback again because I felt mistreated and she makes feel customer like annoyance.

Just tried for the frist time a tomato basil wrap with turkey bacon guacamole I put lettuce spinach green peppers black olives and American cheese with a little salt and pepper and it was absolutely amazing this has become my new favorite sandwich here employees here are absolutely the best very friendly and very helpful I highly recommend this particular Subway

Went here often when I lived in Ma. There was a lot of changes in workers in the 9 years and they only had only 1 worker who was not nice. She was fired quick.
