I was craving some subway and this was the third location I went to and finally got what I wanted. The employee that served me was so nice and welcoming. She didn’t rush me and listened carefully to my needs. She was alone and yet the place looked clean and spotless. The food I got was very delicious and I would definitely recommend this place.

What a great experience! The girl there is believe her name was Hayleigh was such a joy! Got my normal cold cut footlong and the footlong cookie!! She wasn’t wrong it was amazing hot w some ice cream!! It’s always nice to have a recommendation and trying something new. Great personality, my sub was made to perfection and I would have eaten there but I really wanted to try the cookie at home with some ice cream!

As a member of a college team, I have so many stories of places having a hard time keeping organized and forgetting orders. This Subway was the best exception yet. We placed the order with the store, and when we got there, they already had bags with our sandwiches and chips ready to go. Each bag had our names, it made the distribution on the bus so easy. The woman there was so nice and made sure we knew that each bag fulfilled each order. 10/10, so organized and prepared!!

Don’t recommend it!!! $15 for a not toasted turkey sub with lettuce onion Amercian cheese. Also, it’s VERY VERY CLEVER, so this slice your own meats and cheese. Oh, corporate, you glorious …. they slice the meats and cheese RAZOR THIN. I ordered 50% extra gosh. I wish I had taken a photo. You couldn’t barely see the cheese it was so razor thin, and if that’s 50% MORE MEAT, my lord had i not spent the extra $2??? For more meat.. id really have been hit. I essentially got a STALE BREAD Lettuce sub for $16 average in the tip and door dash fees. $20+ for a lettuce and onion sandwich.
Never! again, if Im going to spend that much, I’d rather get a nice big burger and fries. I won’t EVER eat Subway again mine as well have come to my house, reached my wallet, took a $25 and ran that’s how I feel right now.

I went on a Thursday night around dinner time. No line or waiting, the server was nice and polite and made my food to order. Lobby tables were a little dirty with crumbs, no trash on them. Parking was close and open. It is a smaller store. Subway prices have gone up since my last visit. My food was good, but small. I always feel hungry shortly after eating at Subway. Not really sure why.

On April 12, I visited the Subway Store in Chicopee. When I entered to the store, nobody was there. I said hello so that somebody could provide service. The girl with attitude say WHAT YOU WANT. I ordered chicken breast on a 6 inches bread. I noticed that she was preparing my order on a full foot long bread. I told her That what I order was on a 6 inches bread. Again, with attitude, she said that is NOT A BIG DEAL. I asked her, Are you alright? and she yelled at me ARE YOU OKAY? and I just left the place and I won’t comeback again because I felt mistreated and she makes feel customer like annoyance.

Just tried for the frist time a tomato basil wrap with turkey bacon guacamole I put lettuce spinach green peppers black olives and American cheese with a little salt and pepper and it was absolutely amazing this has become my new favorite sandwich here employees here are absolutely the best very friendly and very helpful I highly recommend this particular Subway
